We started with Jigs telling Jack that he no longer wanted
to go out since Leah was not going with them.
Jack told him to understand that
Leah had responsibilities and therefore had to work but Jigs said that he was
going home.
Clark invited Cullen out for a drink after work and he was
surprised since Clark always rushed home to be with Leah. Clark offered to buy
but when Cullen saw how depressed Clark looked, he decided he would be the one
to buy.
Leah was not able to sleep because Clark had not yet arrived
and when she heard a knock on the door, she rushed to open it thinking that
Clark was home. It was only Jigs and Leah was a little disappointed.
Jigs wanted to talk to Leah about their relationship but
Leah told him that that they could no
longer be together. Jigs told her that he had not changed and was still the
same person she had fallen in love with. Leah told him that she was the one who
had changed because she had more responsibilities now; she was a different
person and had more dreams. Jigs said that he could change too so that he could
fit her mold and Leah told him that it was good he wanted to change but he
should have done it for himself, not for her. She told him she was sorry and
Jigs told her that he sorry too since he was not going to give up on her.
After Jigs left, Leah stayed up and waited for Clark to get
home. It was 3 am when she decided to call him but Clark walked in. She asked
him what had happened and Clark said that he did not have to tell her where he
was. He apologized for the remark and said that he was just tired and wanted to
rest. He lay down on the couch to sleep leaving Leah staring down at him.
The next morning, Leah and Clark went out for breakfast with
Aunt Jack and Jigs. They both declined the invite to go out saying that they
had work. Jigs managed to ruin the vibe by telling them that they had been
invited out so that they could talk about their divorce. Aunt Jack proceeded
to explain that for the divorce to be
believable, the two of them had to do things like argue or disagree in public
so that they could set the foundation early. That way, no one would get
surprised once they got divorced. They
both agreed but Clark excused himself to go to the restroom. He was able to let
the hurt he was feeling show for a while but Jigs followed him into the
restroom so he had to control of his emotions once more. Jigs thanked Clark for
taking care of Leah and for not stealing her away from him. He however told him
that he would be the one to take care of Leah from then on.
Aunt Jack took the opportunity to talk to Leah when the guys
were away from the table and asked her if she could give Jigs another chance
since he really loved her. Leah told Jack that she did not want to hurt Jigs
but their relationship was over.
Back in the Philippines, a new lady went to stay at the
tenement building and she was able to help Tolayts make Tiffany jealous. Tiffany
went around sulking and refused to admit that she was jealous of Tolayts taking
interest in someone else.
Mr. Sol talked to Leah via video call and noticed that she
looked sad. Leah said that she was just tired but Mr. Sol was not convinced. He
talked to Tiffany and asked her to call Leah and see if she would tell her what was bothering
her. Tiffany said that it was because Jigs was there in America and wanted to
get back with Leah.
When Leah was at work, she received a bear from Jigs and it
had a note saying that he would pick her up after work. When Jigs arrived, Leah
told him not to pick her up again because everyone knew she was married.
Aunt Jack asked Clark out and asked for his help so that
Jigs could win back Leah. He asked Clark to have a major argument with Leah so
that she could move out of his house and go live with her. When she was at her
house, she could be able to make up with Jigs. Clark agreed to help.
Clark arrived home to find Jigs playing around with Leah as
she tried to take away the box Clark had given her. Jigs had his hands wrapped
all around Leah and Clark apologized for interrupting them. It was awkward, so
Leah asked Jigs to leave.
After Jigs left, Leah tried to explain to Clark that she was
trying to get the box from Jig but Clark told her that he had met up with Aunt
Jack and went over the plan for their divorce. They agreed to talk about it the
following morning.
The two of them went to the park in the morning and Leah
asked Clark if she should give Jigs another chance. Clark said no; then said he
did not know; then said that it was not a good idea for her to get back
together with Jigs.
It was Filipino family day and Jigs attended it with Jack
and Leah. Jack was overjoyed to have Jigs there with him while Leah seemed
disappointed and bored since Clark was not there. Clark saw pictures of Jigs
holding Leah at the event and decided to go to the event. Leah was delighted to
see him that she even stood up to welcome him. Clark sat a different table
instead of joining Leah and Leah looked away as she sat back down in
disappointment. That was where we ended…
