We started with Clark asking Leah if he was only dreaming
but she told him that everything was real.
Clark later took Leah home and
joined Tolayts along with his friends in a little drinking session. Mr. Sol
joined them as well and he told them that he did not mind the person his
daughters ended up with as long as they loved them.
The following day, Leah called Clark at work and since he
was busy, he didn’t hear his phone ring. When found 10 missed calls from her, he
got was alarmed so he called her back. Leah only said that she wanted to tell
him that she loved him, and then hang up. Clark was left puzzled by her
behavior.
Later, Leah took some Adobo to Clark then helped Clark’s
siblings with their homework. Clark had to ask her what was wrong with her and
Leah asked him whether he did not like what she was doing. She stood up to
leave and Clark hugged her as he stopped her saying that he appreciated
everything that she was doing. With everything going well between Clark and
Leah, Clark still felt that something was missing between them and he told this
to Kiko and Axle.
Tolayts was taking Gabby to school in his tricycle when
Adrian stopped them. He told Tolayts that he would be the one to take Gabby to
school since he was Gabby’s father. Gabby however refused to go with Adrian and
told him that he preferred to go with Tolayts since that was the only bonding
time they had. Tolayts was so proud of little Gabby, he could not help smiling.
Later, Clark went to Leah’s place but she told him she was
busy helping Tiffany out with something. Clark said that he had actually gone to see
Gabby so he took the young boy and they went to play basketball. When Gabby
returned, he said that Clark had gone home and Leah was disappointed since he
did not say goodbye to her. After Gabby had a shower, Tolayts came to get him
and Tiffany allowed him to go. After a few minutes, Gabby cried out for Tiffany
and Leah as if he was hurt and the two dashed out of the house to see what was
wrong.
Clark was below the building along with Gabby, Tolayts,
Kiko, Axle and other neighbors. Clark sang “Can’t help falling in love” for
Leah and Tiffany as the rest of the guys backed him up. When he was done, he
asked Leah if she wanted to say something. Leah who was at the rail said that
she loved him but Clark said that he did not hear her. Leah said it louder but
still Clark said that he couldn’t hear her so Leah walked down the stairs to
where Clark was and said that she loved him and Clark hugged her. Tolayts
followed Clark’s example with Tiffany but Tiffany told her to try harder.
Later when Leah and Clark was going to sleep, Clark caressed
Leah’s face and stared at her for a while until Leah felt uncomfortable. Clark
finally asked her when their honeymoon was doing to be since they were already
married. Leah jumped off the bed and Clark followed her. Leah told Clark that
their marriage was unconventional since they had just started dating so they
were in the dating phase. Clark agreed but asked for a kiss since he could not
sleep without one. Leah refused to give him one and they started playing around
as Leah told Clark that they needed to sleep. Mr. Sol heard them from his
bedroom and decided to turn up the radio in his room so that he couldn’t hear
them.
Back in America, Jigs found Rona using Jack’s laptop so that
she could send Leah another letter but Jigs told her not to bother. He was
upset with her since she was the one who made Leah leave America right after he
arrived. He told her that she should remain as dead as everyone thought he was.
Apart from this, he spent all his free time with Maggie which made Aunt Jack
very happy because he might forget Leah.
Leah had a meeting with Diana and her daughter Angela.
Angela agreed to do the paintings for the cafĂ© through Clark’s persuasion as well
as Diana’s. Later, he went to pick Leah up at work and told her that he would
do it whenever they had time. On their way home, Leah fell asleep while they
were in traffic and Clark saw a couple who had just gotten married leaving the
church. He realized then that what he felt was missing between them was a
church wedding.
When Angela went to submit her paintings to Clark, he
congratulated her for doing a fine job. Angela picked out one of Leah’s photos
that Clark had used to show his design concept and asked who the girl was.
Clark told Angela that she was his wife with a wide smile on his face. Angela
surmised that Clark must love Leah very much and went on to tell him that she
was engaged once at the age of 18. She told him that for a woman, there was
never a happier moment than when the man she loved went down on his knee to
propose. We ended with Clark listening to her as an idea materialized in his
mind. That was where we ended…
