We started with Aunt Jack, Clark , Diana and Angela arriving
at Art Mart to meet their advertising team; Leah and Simon.
Aunt Jack took the
chance to introduce everyone and she introduced Clark as their CEO which
impressed Simon. Simon introduced himself and Leah as well and they got down to
showing their proposal. Since Leah was on top of it, she gave her presentation
which impressed Aunt Jack, Diana and Angela. Clark was unimpressed and when
Aunt Jack asked for his opinion, he said that he could not see what Leah was
trying to present. He only saw wood and furniture but he did not see the love
and labor for the pieces. Leah was disappointed but Simon cut in and said that
it was just their initial idea and they could revise it once they were told
what Clark and his team wanted their campaign to project. Diana told Simon that
they wanted to sell the artist instead and how he was able to create his
pieces.
After the meeting, Clack hackled Aunt Jack and she admitted
to him that she approached Art Mart to do their campaign on purpose hoping that
he and Leah would get the chance to make up.
Tiffany went into labor and gave birth to a baby boy which
delighted Tolayts.
Simon scheduled Leah and her team to conduct an interview
with Clark and as they were discussing it, they were informed that they had
been invited to Clark’s furniture exhibition so that they could get to learn
more about his pieces. Leah agreed to go since Simon had other meetings.
At the exhibition, Clark first ignored Leah. He then
approached her and she congratulated him on his success adding that he was
better than before. She offered to interview him and asked how he started making furniture. Clark told her that making
furniture was his one true love and Leah asked if someone might get jealous
about his statement. Clark asked her who this person was and Leah told him that
his girlfriend Angela might get jealous. Clark was puzzled at first but he
decided to play along and told Leah that Angela would not get jealous because
her man loved her very much. Leah told him that since they were already
talking, it was time to bring up their divorce. Clark asked her if that was
what she wanted and Leah asked him the same. Clark said that it was okay with
him and they agreed to get the divorce.
When Leah saw Simon, she told him that she did not get to
finish her interview with Clark because they talked about their divorce. Simon
jumped on the offer to help Leah get a lawyer and get the divorce finalized. He
told Leah that although she had not agreed to be his girlfriend, he hoped that
it was a step towards giving him a chance.
Clark told Cullen about Leah wanting to get a divorce but
Cullen told him not to do it because he still loved her. Clark denied it and
said that his feelings for Leah were gone long ago but Cullen said that he was
only in denial.
Aunt Jack found Clark making a new piece in his apartment
and he said that it was an idea that had
been nagging him for days so he hoped to execute it. Aunt Jack was hopeful that the idea was due
to new inspiration and hopefully he and Leah could patch things up but Clark
told her that Leah asked her for a divorce and the papers had just arrived.
Aunt Jack asked Clark to convince Leah to get back together with him but he
said he would not beg for her love because she had left him when she was still
in love with him so it would be harder to do now that they had both moved on.
Aunt Jack however asked Clark to think carefully before signing the divorce
papers since there would be no turning back.
The two met Leah again for the interview and Leah tried to
get Clark to give more details about his work. Clark gave her obvious answers
which annoyed Leah and she was about to ask him what happened after she left
him but she cut rephrased and asked what happened in the past two years. Clark
phrased the answer by saying the very words; “after you left me”. He told her
that he suffered a little but Aunt Jack
cut in and told Leah about his depression. Clark dismissed her and asked her to
go for their other appointment. Clark proceeded to tell Leah about how she left
him and chose another person but Leah told him that it did not happen that way.
Clark told her that it was his story and continued on. Leah said she wanted
some air and asked that they continue talking outside.
When they went outside, Clark told Leah that it was unfair
that she was asking all the question so he took out a coin and flipped it so
that each could ask a question if they won a coin toss. Leah won first but
Clark won the second and third toss. He first asked Leah about her family and
she said that they were okay. The second question he asked was why she wanted a
divorce. Leah told him that since they had moved on, they needed to break their
ties to each other. Clark asked Leah if it was because of Simon but she said
that it wasn’t and Clark told her that she was lying.
They then walked to the palace where Clark first accepted
Leah’s proposal. He teased her about how he first got his inspiration from
there and Leah thought it was because of her but he continued to explain that
it was because of the Palace design. He then told her that accepting her
proposal was the worst mistake of his life because it made him chase a dream
that was not real but at least he learnt from it. He then got a call from
Angela and left Leah at the park fuming. That was where we ended…
