We started with Angelo teaching the kitchen staff his recipes but Yna’s phone started ringing and distracted everyone. Angelo messed up the ingredients he was making and he got upset so he told everyone that they would resume later.
Eduardo went to his secluded cottage and got drunk by his own while contemplating all his life decisions; leaving Amor, his political career, among other things.
David called Yna and told her that they were supposed to meet the governor so they should be ready. Yna said that she would prepare some food for them too.
As Yna was leaving the resort, Angelo stopped her and asked where she was going. Instead of answering, Yna told him that her shift had ended so she was free to leave. Angelo told her that he needed a recipe from the chef and Yna told her that he would give the recipe to him when she got back.
When Yna left, Miguel drove into the resort and Angelo borrowed his car. He followed Yna and saw her get into David’s car and followed them to the cottage as well.
When Yna and David got to the cottage, Eduardo was really drunk. David and Yna carried him inside. Once they had him on the bed, David told Yna that he had a meeting and could not stay so he asked Yna to stay back and look after the governor.
Angelo saw David drive away so he called the resort and asked for Yna’s phone number. When he called her, Yna left the cottage so as not to disturb Eduardo and took the call outside. Angelo asked her where she was because he still needed the recipe. Yna told him that she was at her part time job and the guests were about to arrive. Angelo asked her why he could not hear any noise and Yna told him that she was at a wake. She then told him that she had to go and hang up.
Yna went back inside the cottage and continued taking care of Eduardo. Eduardo woke up and wanted to continue drinking so he asked Yna to leave him alone. Yna told him that she would not forgive herself if she left him alone when he needed her after all that he had done for her. She even got a basin of water and threatened to pour it on him if he did not get his act together. Eduardo calmed down and told Yna that he reminded him of someone because of her nature and principles. Yna asked him who she was and he told her that it was a woman that he really loved but he made the mistake of letting her go. As they were talking, Angelo tried to call Yna again but she could not pick up while in the middle of a conversation with Eduardo. Yna told Eduardo that there was always a reason to keep going and gave him some hope.
Eduardo started feeling poorly again and puked on the floor. Yna put him to bed then wiped away the vomit. David texted Yna and told her that he would not be able to get back immediately and asked her to take care of the governor.
Claudia was worried because Eduardo did not want to run for Senator and their sponsor, Mr. P would not be happy about it. She even tried to say that she would run for governor instead but Mr. P told her that she was not supposed to be in politics.
David came to pick up Yna and the governor in the morning and Angelo who had slept in the car was able to confim that Yna was with his father.
When Angelo got back to the resort, he told Miguel about how cheap Yna was and that she was a gold digger. Miguel told Angelo that he seemed too upset with the situation when he already knew how his father was like so he surmised that Angelo was upset that his father had gotten to Yna before him because he liked her as well. Angelo told Miguel that he was upset with Yna because she was ruining his family. Miguel however told Angelo that Yna did not seem to be that kind of girl.
During the staff meeting, Angelo talked about adding more recipes to the menu but the chef said that they already had too many and it was becoming uneconomical for them to buy all the ingredients. Yna started yawning and Angelo’s solution was that they would scrap off Yna’s recipes from the menu.
After Angelo left, Yna followed him to give him the recipe he had asked for. Angelo told her that he needed it the day before and not today. Yna then ask why he had gotten rid of her recipes when he himself had said that they were good. Angelo told her that he was the boss and he could make decisions without giving any reasons. He asked her to resign if she did not like any of the changes. Yna told him that she would not resign and apologized to him for questioning his decisions.
Takong asked Yna why Angelo was upset with her and she thought that maybe it was about the recipe.
Caloy was beaten up in jail for failing to say what he knew about the gambling lord. He had to be taken to the hospital because he was injured and his family went to see him. Angelo was upset to find that Yna was not at work when he went to the kitchen and when she got back; she told him that it was a family emergency. Angelo told her that if she had more important things to do, then she should stop working. Yna told him that it would not happen again and Angelo punished her by asking Yna to clean his car.
We ended with Yna cleaning Angelo’s car as he sat there watching her.
