TBT; Where have our favorite stars been?

Today being Thursday, we are going back in time to reminisce about some of the stars that made it big on the Kenyan television scene. We have not been able to watch them for quite a long time and we and cannot help but wonder where they have been...

1. Kristine Hermosa

She was a huge star after she starred in Pangako Sa Yo (The Promise) as Yna, making her a household name even here in Kenya. We all loved he team up with Jericho Rosales in the show and even later in Sana Y' Wala Nang Wakas (Love is Timeless) where she played Ara. We then watched Fish Port Princess where she played Maningning. The last we saw of her was her team up again with Jericho after five years apart in Dahil May Isang Ikaw (Destined Hearts) where she played Ella. We are in doubt of seeing her again since she took a break from showbiz after getting married to Oyo Boy Sotto.

2. John Lloyd Cruz

He is a King this one, and was able to prove it when he played Yuri Orbida in Kaytagal Kang Hinintay (The Long Wait) alongside Bea Alonzo. All of the shows we have watched have been the Bea-Lloyd team up when they starred in It Might Be You and last of which was Maging Si No Ka Man (More Than Love) where Lloyd played Eli way way back!

3. Iza Calzado

She starred in a myriad of shows, with others even showing two at the time... She starred with Argentinean star Segundo Cernadas in Te Amo; Maging Sino Ka Man which was an interesting show to say the least. We then watched others like Impostora (Imposter), All About Eve, Beauty Queen after which we don't know what happened. We all miss you Iza...

4. Diether Ocampo

Mr. Hunkness here awed us all when he played Leo Madrigal in Sana Y' Wala Nang Wakas (Love is Timeless) and I never could get over his swagger with the hair with arms to die for.... We then watched him in a not so popular show called Lisa Pa Lamang (Only You) as Miguel after which there has been nothing else....
