We started with Eduardo going up to the memorial stones in
Talimpao and going over the names.
He picked out the name Maria Amor De Jesus
and hired an investigator to find out who she was.
Yna and Belen were evicted from their space at the market
stall by their landlady who returned their rent and told them that she was not
able to acquire the permits for the space so she had decided to sell it to
someone else. Belen however told Yna that they were not going to leave because
they had an agreement and had even paid a three month advance.
Ted; the politician going against Eduardo in the governor
seat got mad because the story they had leaked about Amor and Eduardo being
lovers had not brought about the scandal that they hoped it would bring.
Mark was mad that
Amor and Eduardo seemed to be getting along so she pitched an idea to Roma
Christy to release photos of her and
Eduardo during the christening to the media so that they could feed into the
scandal of them having an affair but Amor got very angry and said that it was
not her plan to have her personal life be a public circus. Roma Christy relayed
this information to Mark and told him to follow Amor’s orders.
Mark however took it upon himself to send pictures of
Eduardo with other women that he had been seeing in the past to Ted and Mrs.
Zalameda who were very happy that they now had something to scandalize Eduardo.
Yna’s land lady went to see Claudia and got paid for having
evicted Yna from the market. Yna realized that Claudia was behind the eviction
so she and Takong went to see her at Buena Corp. The receptionist told them
that they could not see her without a permit.
Eduardo and Amor went to have an interview to promote his
campaign and the interview ventured into their past relationship which had
recently been revealed to the public. She asked them why they liked each other
before and Amor refused to answer saying that it was not part of the questions
that were sent to them. Eduardo however said it was okay and proceeded to
answer the question. He said that he fell in love with Amor’s simplicity and
even told the story of the time he sang her a rhyme in the elevator because
they got stuck and she was claustrophobic. The interviewer joined in and they
all sang together as they laughed. The interviewer asked why they did not end
up together but before either of them could answer, Claudia walked in and said
that it was because Eduardo met her. The interview did not continue after that.
Claudia scolded Eduardo later and asked him not to make it
so obvious to everyone that he still had feelings for Amor.
Eduardo went to Buena Corp and found Yna there. Yna said
that she wanted to speak to the madam but Eduardo told her that he considered
her as her daughter and she could trust him. Before Yna could tell him why she
was there, Eduardo’s secretary told him that his investigator had arrived.
Eduardo asked Yna to wait for him as he attended to the other matter.
As Eduardo spoke to the investigator, Yna heard them mention
the name Maria Amor De Jesus. After Eduardo was done, he called Yna back and
she told him that she knew who the person was. Eduardo asked her who it was and
she told him that Maria Amor was Miss Amor’s daughter. The revelation surprised
Eduardo and he left Yna there saying that he had to do something important.
Yna stayed at Buena Corp waiting for Claudia and when she
arrived, Yna asked her to stop making life hard for them because they were only
trying to make a living. Claudia admitted that she had asked people not to hire
her adding that if she wanted to get a job, all she had to do was leave Angelo.
She even asked Yna how much money she wanted to leave Angelo but Yna said that
she loved Angelo and would not put a price on him.
Eduardo called Amor and asked to speak to her urgently but
Amor refused to meet him and said that they would see each other at the dinner
they were supposed to attend for his campaign. Eduardo could not wait for that
and we ended as he went to Amor’s house to see her.
