We started with Angelo leaving Yna’s restaurant with Sir
Greggy, Monay and Kabayan.
They were confused about how David dismissed them
and Angelo said that they would talk about it once they got back to the bakery
shop.
Chelsea was also upset with David for how he dismissed them
while they were all ready to sign the deal. She read into the tension and asked
Yna if Angelo was her ex. Yna admitted that she and Angelo had a past and it
ended badly but Chelsea said that it was no reason for them to reject the
proposal. David asked Chelsea not to be insensitive while Yna said that she did
not mix business with her personal life. Chelsea said that they should take a
vote on whether to hire Angelo but she lost when David voted against it.
Once Angelo got back to the bakery with the rest, he told them about his past with
Yna which was the reason why they had recounted the deal. They however hoped
that Yna would still consider hiring him. Liya told Angelo that it would be
best not to be associated with Yna but Angelo said that they had to take the
offer because the bakery had some problems.
Yna was skeptical about hiring Angelo’s bakery because it
might make Belen angry. This was proven right when Egoy went to live with them.
Egoy got accepted to a school in Manila and asked to stay with Yna and her
family. He asked Yna about Angelo and Liya and Belen got very upset. She told
Egoy if he wanted to stay at their place, the Buena vista name was forbidden in
their house.
Chelsea broke up with David and told him that she could not
compete with Yna since it was clear that David was still in love with her. Yna
heard them arguing and walked out of the office.
Sir.Greggy received a call from Yna’s restaurant telling him
that they would not give him the supply deal. Angelo got upset so he got on his
bike and went to see Yna. Angelo told her that they were the ones who wanted to
get his pastries but Yna said that they would no longer offer them the deal.
She was stern with her answer so Angelo just got back on his bike and left. Yna
felt sad for refusing to offer the deal to Angelo and she asked Takong whether
she was a heartless person. She then said that it did not matter how everyone
saw her as long as she protected her family.
The president finally listed the number of prisoners he was
going to pardon and Eduardo was among them because of the rehabilitation
programs that he had set up while in jail.
Yna and David went around looking for new pastries for their
business but they did not find any as good as Angelo’s. Yna asked David not to
worry because they would find good pastries soon enough.
Angelo continued to desperately look for an investor but he
was not able to find any. Sir Greggy received a two week notice for his Bakery
shop to be seized and ended up fainting because of the stress. Angelo therefore
became more determined to look for an investor.
At school, Liya was asked by the clique of girls she follows
around to buy refreshments for them but since she did not have any money, Amboy
gave her his school fees.
Amor planned her trip back to the Philippines supposedly for
the opening of Yna’s restaurant but she was also happy because Eduardo had been
released. She got to learn that he still loved her when she heard the rest of
the recording that had been edited out before where Eduardo told Claudia that
he made a mistake by choosing her because he still loved Amor.
While Yna and David were planning for the opening, Yna asked
David why Chelsea did not go with him. David told her that Chelsea already
returned to America because they broke up. He said Yna not to worry because
Chelsea would still be their investor. Yna went to give him a hug. As she
hugged him, Angelo walked in the restaurant. He asked to speak to them and
begged them to give their bakery a chance because they were about to be
foreclosed. He added that they he lived at the bakery with Liya and he did not want them to lose their home. Sir
Greggy was also sick because of the stress so he implored them to help him. Yna
cried and walked away and David went after her. Angelo turned to leave but his
bike had a flat tire so he just sat outside stranded.
David called Amor to ask for her advice because he did not
know what to do about Angelo. Amor asked him to think of the situation from the
business side of things. She asked David if Angelo would be good for their
business and this helped David make his decision. David found Angelo outside
and told him that they would take his give him the deal because they still did
not have a pastry supplier but warned him not to make any trouble for them. He
said that he would send Angelo the contracts and went back to the restaurant.
We ended as Angelo watched him leave…
