We started with Leah and Clark walking around the town and
they met a singer who asked would compost songs for passersby if they gave him
only one word. Clark and Leah gave him the word “achieve and he composed a
lovely melody for them.
When they went for dinner, Leah called Mr. Sol to tell
him how things were going and he asked to speak to Clark. Mr. Sol asked Clark
not to worry about Leah’s grandparents because they knew that he already consented
to their marriage. He also gave Clark a tip so that he could impress them; he
told Clark to learn how to say the greetings in their original dialect. Once
Clark got off the phone, he asked Leah to teach him to say “Nice to meet you”
in their dialect.
Clark went to bed early that evening and Leah joined him
later. They had gotten a double room so that they could share it with Harry.
Harry arrived back at the hotel room a little later and Leah asked him why he
had not gone to bed yet. Leah teased him by saying that it was because he was
thinking about the girl he had taken pictures of. Harry of coarse denied it but
Leah told him that it was okay since she too had a crush on Clark from the
moment they met because he was so handsome. She told him never to tell Clark
anything about what she had said because he would never let it go and continued
to narrate to Harry all about her feelings from the time she and Clark met. She
said something about the way Clark looked at her without realizing that he was
already awake and was listening in to every word. She stopped the confession
when she realized Clark had woken up and went to bed.
Harry picked out a few pointers from Clark on how to look at
women and tried them on a girl that passed by him the following morning. She
smiled at him and Harry gladly told Clark that the gaze worked. The team later
drove to Leah’s grandparents; finally.
Simon wen to visit the grave of a girl that he had once
loved but she died in a car accident after she saved a child from getting hit.
He then called a meeting on Sunday for the because the dates for the campaigns
had been pushed forward and he needed to see what his team had beforehand so
that they could correct it. He was disappointed to find that Leah was not
around and her workmates tried to explain to him that Leah was out of town and
probably did not have any signal. Simon said that he would deal with her when
she returned but warned all his employees against acting as unprofessional as
Leah.
Adrian went to bring flowers to Tiffany but on his way
there, he ran into Tolayts and other guys from the tenement drinking. They
insisted that he have a couple of drinks with them and he agreed. Tolayts took
advantage of this and took the flowers to Tiffany instead but he told her that
they were from Adrian. Tiffany asked him why he was the one bringing them and
Tolayts told her that it was because Adrian was drinking with them, adding that
someone had encouraged him to befriend Adrian so that they could have a healthy
competition.
Adrian said goodbye to Tiffany as he left and when she asked
him where Tolayts was, he told her that he had passed out. Tiffany went to get
a tipsy Tolayts home and he kept mumbling about how much he loved her and
Gabby.
Leah and her crew arrived at her grandparents’ house and
they were welcomed very warmly. Her grandparents absolutely adored Clark and
thanked him for the gift that he brought for them. To everyone’s surprise, the
girl that Harry had taken pictures of was very close to Leah’s family and he
was able to get an introduction. Her name was Audrey and Leah’s grandparents suggested that she
accompany Clark, Leah and Harry so that they could go sight-seeing. Leah’s grandparents also asked her to go see
her mother’s family but she later told Clark that she was reluctant to go
because she did not know whether they knew about her mother being alive. Clark
told her that they should go see them as a sign of respect.
The following morning, Mr. Sol was about to take Gabby to school because Tolayts was indisposed
after his drinking spree but Tolayts appeared looking as jovial as ever to take
Gabby to school. Mr. Sol asked him if he was okay and he assured him that he
would not be driving while drunk and he did not want to miss his bonding time
with Gabby.
When Tolayts got back, he found Tiffany feeding the pigeon
and stopped for a while to watch her. When she was done, he told her that he
had noticed that she looked angry and sad most of the time, adding that Leah
seemed the same too but she changed because of Clark. He told Tiffany that she
could talk to him as a friend if she wanted to unburden herself. Tiffany
finally decided to tell Tolayts about her mother being alive and made him swear
not to tell anyone about it, especially her father. Mr. Sol however appeared
and heard some of the conversation. That was where we ended…
