We started with Simon taking Leah to a wall climbing facility.
He made her buy a sporting kit and he told her that they both had to climb the
wall.
Leah had a difficult time while Simon easily got to the top and got down.
When Simon was done, Leah said that she wanted to get down as well but Simon
told her that she had to finish too. Leah had to struggle until she was done as
Simon encouraged her. Once she was done, Simon gave her a pep talk and told her
that he wanted to teach her to face her problems head on. He offered to give
her the leave she had asked for to deal with her problems but Leah assured him
that she no longer needed it.
The following day when Clark picked Leah from work, she told
him about her outing with Simon adding that it made her realize that she should
not let her problems affect her as much. Clark was not happy hearing about
Simon especially when Leah praised him. She added that Simon had encouraged her
to face her problems head on, so she was going to finally talk to her
mother. Clark rolled his eyes and
mumbled that he had always told her the same and when she asked him what he had
said, he said it was nothing.
The issue with Simon however disturbed Clark and he
complained to Leah that she never listened to him. Leah asked him what he meant
but he said that it was nothing. Leah told him that she always listened to him
and heeded his advice. She even asked him to accompany her as she went to speak
with her mother.
When they went to see Rona, Rona introduced Leah to her
brother. Clark wanted to leave them alone so that they could talk but Leah
asked him to stay. She told Rona that she was willing to let her meet their
father but she had to wait until a time that she and Tiffany thought was right.
Rona agreed to the condition.
Leah told Tiffany about going to see Rona but Tiffany was
not happy. Leah told her that they could not keep their mother away forever.
She added that she had told Rona that they would chose the time that she would
meet their father again so they did not have to worry.
Mr. Sol decided to try driving his Jeepney again but Tiffany
asked Audrey to go with him to look after him. After working, they stopped at a
stall to eat and Mr. Sol saw Rona get out of a tricycle. He was so, surprised about
it and he followed her. Unfortunately, he was not able to get to her because
she entered into a restaurant after taking a corner and Mr. Sol lost her.
At work, Simon had a new campaign that he needed ideas for.
During the meeting, one of Leah’s employees pulled her hand up so that she
could give her opinion. After Simon heard it, he asked the others to give their
ideas but no one had read the email that Simon had sent so they did not have
anything to say. Simon got mad and gave the account to Leah instead. Later, the
other workers complained to Leah for showing off and she told them that they
should have read the email.
As Leah talked about the sport wear campaign with Simon, she
told him that they should chose a sport that every Filipino identified with and
the one she chose was basketball. Simon
suggested that they look for player who were young and still establishing their
careers. He also congratulated Leah on her TV ad and told her if she kept doing
well, she would get promoted.
Unfortunately, all the players that Leah wanted for the
campaign had preexisting contracts and she had to look for other players. Leah
decided to come up with an idea of recruiting an unknown player and was able to
find one that she thought would do well in her testament’s basketball court.
Adrian went out with Gabby and asked him if he wanted them
to be together every day. When Gabby said that he did, Adrian told him that it
was possible and all he had to do was tell his mother about it.
Jigs was watching the paintings at the sun and moon café and
when Angela asked her what he was thinking and she told him that they were
distracting the customers because they seemed sad; as if the person who painted
them was depressed and confused. Angela asked him if she thought he was confused.
Jigs he realized that Angela was the one who made them so he tried to correct
himself and say that they were deep and helped one think. Angela however got
the message and showed Jigs some more fun paintings later. Jigs suggested that
she paint when she was happy. Since he had gotten Rico a job at the café too,
he invited Angela to tag along with them since they were heading to the poetry
bar after closing. Angela agreed to go with them.
In the evening, Mr. Sol was in deep thought and was not
eating his food so Tiffany asked him why he was not eating. Mr. Sol told her
and Leah that he had seen their mother. We ended with Tiffany dropping the
plate that she was holding…
Please share your thoughts…
