We started with Rafael picking up Camille from school. He
took her flowers and chocolates because he wanted to tell her that his parents
wanted to go to the province to meet her family. Camille was worried about his
mother but Rafael asked her not to worry.
Marco took Bianca to the hospital and the doctor said that
she should not go through anything stressful so that she could have a safe
pregnancy. When Bianca woke up, she asked to go home.
When they arrived home, Bianca apologized to Marco for
having endangered herself by going to Manila but Marco said that she did not do
anything wrong. He said that he was the one who had done her wrong by going to
Manila even knowing that she would worry. As Marco slept, Bianca said sorry for
lying to him because she had lied to him but she had sworn never to let him go again.
Camille went home to her parents to clean up before Rafael
went there with his parents. Rafael also made sure to check on his family to
confirm that they would go to Camille’s place. Luicito, Rafael’s father told Helen
that she did not have to go if she was only going to make things uncomfortable
but Helen said that she would go. She added that she felt something was wrong
with Camille, just like she did with Veronica’s boyfriend. Luicito told him that Camille was different and a
good person.
Camille and her family got the food ready and stacked up
sacks leading up to their house because it was muddy. Rafael arrived with his
parents and Helen was surprised at how humble Camille’s family was. She wore heels
and it was too muddy and hilly so Rafael and Luicito had to help her walk to
the house.
Camille welcomed them to their house and introduced her
parents, Edgar, Susan and bigger brother Julio. She said that they would eat
outside so that they could all enjoy the fresh air.
They talked about the wedding arrangements as they ate and Helen
made it clear that Camille and her family did not need to contribute anything
because they did not have money. Edgar said that it was not good for them not
to help with anything and suggested to cook for them but Helen said that they
had a caterer. Julio tried to convince Helen that his mother was a good cook by
offering her some food but he ended up splashing the source all over her dress.
Helen complained about the ruined dress and went to the car to change her
clothes but never returned. Luicito went to check on her and she said that she
had a migraine so she decided to rest.
Rafael told Edgar that he did not want her to cook at the
wedding because he wanted her to enjoy her only daughter’s wedding. They packed
some food for Rafael and his parents to take to Manila. Edgar also invited
Camille and her family for dinner at their house to extend the courtesy. Rafael
was mad at Helen and did not talk to her all the way back to Manila.
Julio was worried about the events and was sad that once
Camille got married to Rafael, she would no longer visit them. Camille told him
that she was saving up to buy them a house in Manila but until then, she would
keep visiting.
Marco decided that it would be good for them to go live in
America and build a family with Bianca there. Bianca was delighted with the
idea since Marco would not be able to revive his memories there. She called her
father and asked him to deposit some money for her. She also told him that they
would be moving to America.
When Camille returned to work, she asked Sheryl to be her
maid of honor since she was the only close friend she had in Manila. Sheryl was
in tears because she had been betraying Camille but Camille thought that she
was just happy.
Sheryl called Bianca and asked to stop informing her about
Camille because she was betraying someone who was her friend. Bianca offered
her more money but Sheryl refused her offer. Bianca agreed to stop their
arrangement after Sheryl swore that Camille would never know about Marco. She said
that she wanted Camille to be happy with Rafael and Bianca threatened to kill her
if Camille ever found out anything about Marco.
Camille and her family were invited to Rafael’s house for
dinner. Helen drafted a prenup agreement but Luicito threw it in the trash after
telling her that Rafael would not take it well.
During dinner, Julio returned the spaghetti to the serving
bowl because he did not like it. Everyone stopped him and Rafael asked him not
to worry because he already got Julio something that he would like. Julio was served
with fried chicken and snatched all the pieces for himself. Rafael said it was
fine because it was all for him. Helen started to embarrass them by saying how
hard it was for Edgar and Susan to take care of Julio with his condition considering
they were poor. Camille said that they already went to seminars to learn how to
take care of him while Susan added that he always helped around the farm so he
was not a burden. Helen continued on, making everyone uncomfortable especially when
she mentioned finances and Luicito cut her off mid-sentence by proposing a
toast. Rafael was grateful to the interruption and we ended as they toasted to
his wedding and Camille smiled at him…
