David found out that the water in the vineyard had a problem
because Juan had tampered with the water Supply pipes that passed through his
property.
This was through the engineer that they got to look into the issu and
David tried to reach Juan but Juan was out with Perla at Brian’s charity event
and did not answer David’s call.
Luciana and Leon talked to Marta and they decided to try and
forgive her for cheating on their father. Luciana told Marta that she was sure
her father would have forgiven her for what she did and Marta was happy that
her children were able to overlook her mistakes. She also assured them that she
loved their father.
Once Juan was done with Brian’s party, he turned on he still
refused to answer his call telling Perla that he wanted to see David’s face
instead.
When Juan went to the vineyard, he went to see David in his
office. David was with Luciana and Graciela and when he saw Juan, he attacked
him. Juan only laughed as he dared David to hit him. David asked Juan if he had
tampered with the water supply and Juan did not deny it. David told him that he
and Mr.Kent; the previous owner of Juan’s land had an agreement between them to
let the irrigation system pipelines for the vineyards go through his land. Juan
agreed that although David had an agreement with Mr.Kent, the land was his now
and he could do whatever he wanted with it. Graciela asked Juan if that was the
reason why he wanted to buy the land and he did not deny it. He said that he
had gone to see David to tell him that he was willing to buy the vineyard from him
once his land went bankrupt.
David threw Juan out of the vineyard and Graciela and
Luciana followed him to try and talk him out of sabotaging the vineyard. Juan
was surprised to see the two of them being on the same side for once so he
decided to create animosity between them by saying that both of them could
potentially be sisters!
Both Luciana and Graciela rushed to ask both their mothers
if it was possible for them to be sisters. Marta absolutely denied it and so
did Lilian.
Brian asked Marta and Lilian to meet him so that he could
talk to them. He revealed to both of them that Fernando did not love either of
them and only toyed with both of them. Marta asked him how he knew this and
Brian said that he was Fernando’s friend. He went on to explain that Fernando
stayed with Lilian for the American citizenship while he only had fun with
Marta. Both Marta and Lilian felt disillusioned after realizing that they had
been fighting with each other for no reason.
Marta was more hurt because she gave up her family to be
with Fernando because she loved him so much only to find out that he had only
toyed with her.
Fernanda was still upset with her father because he refused
let her see Tano. She also texted Tano and told him that she was not happy that
he seemed too busy and did not have any time for her.
Later, Tano went to see Fernanda at her house and David let
him in for the sake of keeping peace with Fernanda. Fernanda was delighted with
her father and she was able to make up with Tano.
As Susan was walking in the city trying to get water tanks
for the vineyard, she ran into Mark who tried to harass her. Susan slapped Mark
and told him that she was no longer afraid of him. She demanded that he leave
her alone and walked away.
She met with Cesar who was now her boyfriend and Cesar was
upset that he had not been with Susan to defend her. Susan however told him
that she was okay because she had been able to defend herself against Mark.
Mark and Susan visited Miguel and Ericka and told them about
the water situation in the vineyard. Susan also said that she remembered Mark had
some business that he could be using as a front for illegal businesses so
Miguel asked her to tell them about Mark’s businesses if she remembered
anything.
Later, Luciana visited Miguel at the Santa Barbara vineyard
hoping to seek a solution for David’s vineyard. She asked him to talk to Ericka
so that they could let the irrigation system pass through their lands instead.
When Ericka joined them, Luciana apologized to her for their misunderstandings before
and Ericka agreed to help her.
When David learnt that Luciana had gone to see Miguel, he
got jealous and upset without even knowing why Luciana had gone to see Miguel
which then Angered Luciana. We ended as Luciana stormed out of David’s office…
