We started with Tolayts arriving home from school and he told his neighbors that he was working hard so that he could find a job that pays better and be able to provide for Tiffany.
He later approached Tiffany and told her that it was his classmate’s birthday and since he did not know how to shop for girls, he asked Tiffany to accompany him to the mall and help him search for a nice gift. Tiffany agreed to accompany him but when they got to the mall, Tolayts went to check out the movies showing and told Tiffany that it would be better for them to watch the movie too since they were already there. Tiffany realized that she was being tricked into a date with Tolayts so she returned home.
Clark was in a sour mood as he took Leah home and it got worse when Leah started gushing about Simon again saying that he now appreciated her more and at one time had said that he could not do without her. She then asked Clark how his hotel bid had gone; he had bided for a contract to make furniture for a new hotel but he had lost. Leah told him that it was fine and that he would eventually get more jobs.
After Clark returned home, he told Aunt Jack that he felt as if he did not live up to the kind of man Leah needed in her life but Aunt Jack asked him not to think of himself negatively because Leah loved him.
Aunt Jack went to see Rona and she told her about her kidney disease. Rona also said that she would not tell her family about it because they would worry about her. she later went to see Leah at the office and told her that she would be going to stay in Ilocos for a while so they would not see each other for a while.
The following day, Simon went to the tenement to thank Leah’s neighbors for their help in the Ikon campaign and even brought a pair of shoes for all the players who had participated in the game. Everyone who played the game got a pair until there was one pair left and it belonged to Clark. Simon gave it to him but Clark refused to accept it. The shoved the pair back and forth at each other until Leah cut in and told Simon that Clark did not need another pair of shoes because he had a lot of them so they decided to give it to one of guys who was there instead.
Later in the evening, Leah gave Clark the bonus check that she had received from her campaign with Ikon and told him to use it to pay for the down payment on land that they intended to buy. Clark got angry and told her that he wanted to buy the land for her and it would not make sense if she contributed money too. Leah took back the cheque and apologized to Clark but he apologized to her as well for how he had reacted.
At work, Simon asked Leah if Clark was offended because he had given him shoes but Leah said that he was okay. Simon then told her that he had decided to accept the job promotion in Dubai and wanted to know if she would leave with him. Leah told him that she thought he was not serious but Simon expressed how serious he was about the offer. He asked her to consult with Clark and her family and then get back to him in a week’s time.
Tolayts apologized to Tiffany for tricking her into a date but then asked her outright if she would go out with him. He asked Mr. Sol, Gabby and Audrey too and they all agreed that Tiffany should go out with him so she had no choice but to agree to go out on a date with Tolayts.
Clark got a new supplier for his wood and the furniture shop but they ended up scamming him so he was not able to get the wood and he had already paid for it.
When Leah told Clark about Simon’s offer to go to Dubai, he had to remind her that they would be married soon and it would not be easy to have a relationship apart from each other. Leah talked to her father too and he asked her if she wanted to go. Leah said that it would be a great opportunity for her but she did not want to leave Clark. Mr. Sol told her that she already had her answer and needed not think about it any longer.
Leah told Simon that she had to turn down the offer for the sake of her family and she did not want to leave Clark behind but Simon told her not to dismiss the offer so easily. He said that he was willing to negotiate an employment deal for Clark as well and that way, he could go with her as well.
When Leah told Clark about the counter offer, Clark asked Leah what he was going to do in Dubai. He told her that no matter what he told her, it would be her decision in the end. He said that he moved to the Philippines to be with her and this time, he had also made the decision that he would not follow her if she decided to leave. That was where we ended…
