We started with David taking Yna to see Eduardo. When they arrived, David excused himself so that the two of them could talk. Yna told Eduardo about the man she saw at the resort and his bundle of money. Eduardo told her that it could be possible that the man earned the money in some other way and also asked Yna to stop investigating since it could be dangerous. Yna said she still wanted to investigate because if the gambling lord was caught, then her brother would be released from jail. Eduardo agreed to let her continue her investigation as long as she was careful.
David came back to take Yna back to the resort. Yna forgot her handkerchief on the table and when Eduardo went to give it to her, David had already driven off.
When Eduardo got home, Claudia started arguing with him but Eduardo ignored her. Unfortunately, Yna’s handkerchief fell down and Claudia threw a fit. She accused Eduardo was cheating on her. Angelo had just arrived home and found the two of them arguing.
After Eduardo left, Angelo comforted his mother as she told him that Eduardo must be cheating on him. She burned the handkerchief as she cried and Angelo gave her a hug.
Back at the resort, Yna asked her coworkers if they had seen her missing handkerchief. Angelo heard her and asked her to describe the handkerchief. After Yna described it, Angelo remembered that it was the same as the one that Claudia had burnt.
The chef sent Yna to the market but before she left, Angelo detained her and asked her where she had gone the day before. Yna said that she had gone into town. Angelo asked her how she arrived there and Yna lied that she had used a jeepney while Angelo had clearly seen her get into David’s car.
After the conversation, Angelo was mad and broody as he started suspecting that Yna was seeing his father. Miguel tried to tease him about her but he got angry at him.
When Yna arrived from the market, she tried to spy at the guest who was staying at the resort but one of her co workers found her and she lied that she was simply taking an order.
That evening, Madam Claudia arrived at the resort secretly and picked up the gambling money from a secret room.
Liya; Angelo’s sister joined the church choir and offered to throw an event at the resort for the people at church. She and Claudia therefore planned to go see Angelo at Casa Corazon and talk about the event.
Angelo and Miguel went to Yna’s house to collect some documents that Isko was taking care of and he told them all about how the governor had been kind to them by giving all of them jobs and a place to stay. This revelation only made Angelo become more suspicious of Yna.
Claudia and Liya arrived and all the staff went to attend to them. Claudia was surprised when she saw Yna and asked her what she was doing there. Yna told her that the governor had given her the job. Yna also promised to vote for the governor since he had helped her and her family for long.
Claudia learnt from the manager that Eduardo had asked him to hire Yna and her family but Claudia told him to fire all of them immediately. She suggested that he set up Yna so that he could fire her.
The chef though that Madam Claudia would be impressed if Yna cooked the food since she was so she asked Yna to do the cooking. Everyone seemed happy with the dish until the chef declared that yna had prepared it. Madam Claudia ordered the pots taken away and told the chef that she was getting paid to make others cook. The chef therefore had to prepare the food for Claudia. As they ate, they talked about how they were going to arrange for Liya’s party at the resort.
Angelo had a talk with his mother and confirmed that she also thought that Yna was Eduardo’s lover, which was why she had refused to take the food that Yna prepared.
Claudia and Liya left because Claudia had a meeting with Eduardo. Eduardo however left immediately after she saw that Claudia wanted him to meet with a politician that he did not like. When Claudia followed him, Eduardo told her that he did not want to get involved with a corrupt politician. She said he wasn’t a good person either adding that she knew that he was having an affair with Yna. She said that she had fired Yna but Eduardo told Claudia to leave Yna alone because he wasn’t involved with her. Claudia however said she only wanted to help Eduardo get better but she was getting tired because he was a loser and an embarrassment. We ended as Claudia walked away from Eduardo…
