Introducing Ikaw Lamang....

 Ikaw Lamang (No Greater Love) premiered yesterday on KTN KENYA and I can barely contain my excitement over it. This is probably the best time to give immense gratitude to KTN KENYA (now my favourite TV station) for helping we Fanatic Kenyans the opportunity to watch the best and most recent programs showing in The Philippines, albeit a year ago.

Moving on to business, Ikaw Lamang which we will refer to as No Greater Love was produced in 2014 for ABS-CBN and was one of the highest rated shows of the year alongside others like The Legal Wife which we have again had the pleasure of watching. It is a period drama series meaning that it is not set in current time. The series is set from the 1950s all through to the early 2000s as am sure we will get  to learn from the program. That is all i can tell you about it for now because it would beat the point of watching it if i told you guys everything... ;-)

The cast however is another huge deal all together as it brings together the creme of Filipino lead actors and actresses and this is why i believe it to be a fantastic show. The lead roles go to the following;

1. Kim Chiu as Isabel/ Jacq

2. Coco Martin as Samuel/Gabriel

3. Julia Montes as Mona

4. Jake Cuenca as Franco

They are supported by  Cherry Pie Picache, Cherie Gil, Tirso Cruz,John Estrada, Angel Aquino among others! Christopher de Leon ,Joel Torre and KC Concepcion will highlight the show in it's second season.
