5. This is a tie, going to the stars of Ina Kapatid Anak (Her Mother's Daughter)...
Kim Chiu and Xian Lim (KimXi)
This is a completely biased situation whereby i could not leave my favorite love team out even if we have only watched them together in Ina Kapatid Anak (as Celine and Liam),which is why i incorporated the tie with Maja and Enchong; so there, I admit it... The two are very close and I hope they admit to a relationship soon, like before the third world war begins... it's been a long time coming guys!
Maja Salvador and Enchong Dee (MaJong)
They were Margaux and Ethan in Her Mother's Daughter... These two however have a very close friendship that rumour had it, Enchong Dee might have been the cause for Maja's break up with Gerald Anderson, but who are we to judge? Here in Kenya Meets The Philippines we live and let live while we silently speculate on such kind of ummm... friendships.... :D
4.Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson (KimErald)
(Kim is all over this countdown...)This is a sour topic for Kimerald fans, as these two came into stardom together after participating in the first teen edition of Pinoy Big Brother (Big Brother si ya Africa pekee.. ;-)) and went on to produce some amazing shows that we got to watch such as Sana Maulit Muli (Chances) and Tayong Dalawa (The Two of Us) They eventually started dating but however went through a very publicized break up that generated a lot of bad blood between them. We are however glad to announce that they are now friends and hopefully we will see them produce more shows together... ( #TeamKimXi are not insecure!)
3.Marian Rivera- Dantes and Dingdong Dantes (DongYan)
We loved them since we watched and re-watched Marimar and they only got better in their other shows like Endless love, Dangerous Love and Dysebel. These two have at least a happy ending with a killer wedding and already a baby on the way to show for it. Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Dantes (Their collective name this days...)
2. John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo (I don't know their Love Team name O.O)
We first saw the two in Kaytagal Kang Hinintay (The Long Wait) very long ago and I have to admit they were amazing to watch as we saw in other shows like It Might be You and Maging Sino Ka Man (More Than Love). The two however never dated which is why I think their Love Team has lasted for more than 10 years!I believe these two will star in other productions together.
1.Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa (EchoTin)
The first definitely had to go to the most iconic team up of all time; Jericho and Kristine! This might be attributed to their Success in Pangako Sa yo (The Promise) but seriously, anyone who would doubt this has their own issues.... We saw them together again in Sana Y Wala Nang Wakas (Love is Timeless) and Dahil May Isang Ikaw (Destined Hearts) which they did almost 6 years after they starred in the latter. This did not deter their chemistry and they were amazing in all of them. The two dated for a while but are now married to their respective partners, with Jericho Rosales Marrying Kim Jones and Kristine Hermosa married to Oyo Boy Sotto. We can only wish them the best and hope for a reunion in another production!
