We started with Serena and Tenten having a party with
Angel’s family. After eating, the family decided to engage in a welcoming
ritual that they did so as to welcome Serena and Tenten in the family.
The family engaged in a singing game whereby
they rotated a microphone and the one who ended with it sang. They were
supposed to share their most intimate feelings with everyone through a song
composition. The first time, the microphone landed on Uge and then it went
round until eventually Serena had it. She felt embarrassed and did not want to
sing so Angel filled for her and sang so that Serena could get a feel of it.
Angel sang about her love for her family, finding Serena and also being with
Simon. The next time, the microphone
landed on Tenten and he sang for Angel. Since he is a music composer, his
lyrics were a little deep and after he was done, Serena tried to interpret them
by saying that Tenten referred to Angel as his steering wheel or his compass since
she is the one who gave his life direction.
Since Serena had been given a pass, she was asked to sing
after everyone had sung but she said she needed a break and went to the
bathroom. Tenten excused himself as well and said that he needed to go to the
bathroom. When he went in, he was so confused and upset since he did not know
whether Serena was playing a game with him. He also wondered why she had
interpreted his lyrics and wanted to know what she meant by saying that.
As Tenten left the bathroom, he bumped into Serena at the
door as he was leaving the bathroom and she told him that his lyrics were good
and they showed that he liked Angel. Tenten was staring at her and Serena said
something about them knowing each other but then she laughed and said that she
was poor with remembering people from her past. Tenten became even more puzzled and was about
to say something but Angel arrived and dragged both of them back to the party.
It was now Serena’s time to sing and she talked about how hard it was dealing
with her Amnesia but she was glad to be with her new family who were making it
easier for her. It was then that Tenten learned that Serena had amnesia and he
went to confirm it with Angel. Angel told Tenten that Serena had been in an
accident the last time she had been in the Philippines and had not been able to
regain her memory ever since.
Tenten walked away to deal with the news and when he came
back, the family was singing happy birthday to Serena. Serena told them that it
was not her birthday but since she had been adopted, she did not know when her
real birthday was. Alice and Uge confirmed that the day was actually her
birthday. After the party, Serena insisted on going back to her hotel. Before
she left, she hugged everyone goodbye including Tenten and there was a curious
moment between them. Angel stopped
Serena and reminded her that she wanted to give Simon a critic about his song.
Serena was skeptical about telling Tenten what she thought but Angel encouraged
her. Serena told Tenten that she felt as if his song was incomplete. Tenten
told her that it was true and he felt the same way. He asked her to give him
any suggestions if she had any.
When Serena arrived back at her hotel, she received a call
from Gian Carlo. He had not been able to contact her for a while and he was
relieved when she answered. She told him that she had been able to close the
deal and only the paper work was taking longer to finalize. Gian Carlo told her
that he really missed her so he asked her to return to Italy and the people in
San Francisco could send the papers. Serena told him that she would do as he
said. As Serena slept, she remembered words from the past; the moment she told
Tenten that she loved him but the memories were not clear in her mind.
Angel uploaded a photo from the party and so Dodoy and Taps
saw it before Tenten got home. He had no intention of telling them about Serena
but they showed him the picture. Tenten ended up telling them all about Serena’s
amnesia and when his parents told him that he should help Serena remember,
Tenten said that he would not. He even
said that maybe it was better that way.
Dodoy and Taps were puzzled by this and wondered why Tenten
did not want to help Serena remember and they even told Binggoy about it.
Binggoy called Tenten immediately and reminded him not to tell their parents about what they had done because Dodoy's heart could not handle it. Tenten tried to talk to him but Binggoy hang up on him.
The Urtolas thought that Serena had returned to Italy but
she surprised them with an early morning visit and they were overjoyed. Serena
said that she was remembering some voices so she had decided to stay in the
Philippines longer to see if she could remember more things.
Angel took Serena to see her studio and told Tenten that she
wanted Serena to listen to their latest song. Angel entered the recording booth to sing and as she did,
Serena and Tenten watched her. In the middle of the song, Serena started crying
and Tenten turned to ask her if she was fine. When Serena looked at Tenten, she
immediately grew hysterical and started to cry. She would not let Tenten touch
her so Angel left the booth to attend to her. We ended with Angel hugging
Serena as she cried…
