We started with Tenten accepting Vivian’s offer. He told
Daddy Dodoy and mummy Taps that they needed the money to start their lives over
again.
When Tenten went to Vivian’s house, she threw away all the stuff that he
brought with him and told him that he had enough money to buy whatever he
wanted.
Gian carlo’s wedding with Serena was set but as Serena was
about to go to church, she got a call from Luciana telling her that Roberto had
woken up. Serena went to tell Gian Carlo the news and he took it as a way of
telling him that she wanted to go see her father so he told her that he did not
care even if sleeping beauty herself woke up. They would push through with the
wedding because he had waited all his life for it.
Serena walked down the aisle in tears and during her vows,
she said that her marriage Gian carlo represented her sacrifice. Gian Carlo had
more heartfelt vows as he said that love was in the form of selfishness. He had done crazy things for love and he was a
fool who had spent all his life loving Serena. As she became his wife, he said he would
protect her, take care of her and give her his life. After the vows, Gian Carlo
was about to kiss Serena but a gun shot was fired and Flavio was shot. Another
gun man appeared and he aimed it at Gian Carlo and Serena. Gian Carlo shoved
Serena to the ground as he took three gun shots. Serena went to him after the
shoot out and he apologized to her for everything before he died.
When Serena went to see Roberto, Roberto told her that they
had lost everything since the money Gian Carlo had used to merge with their
company was illegal. All their properties had been acquired and they now had
nothing. Serena said that she had some money saved up and they would move to a
new place.
A year later, we meet a less dignified Serena Marchesa
living at her small farm with Roberto. They got a visit from one of the people
who used to work for them and he told them that the Marchesa company had been
bought by a new company and they were planning on turning Villa Marchesa to a
hotel.
Serena was hurt that her home would be demolished so she
went on a solo demonstration outside Villa Marchesa to stop the demolition. She
talked of how to the villa had historic significance in Italy and should not be
destroyed. Serena managed to get the guard’s attention and he tried to stop her
from entering the Villa but Serena ran past him and got into the house.
Serena saw a man standing in one of the rooms and she tried
to tell him not to demolish her home. When the man turned back, Serena was
surprised to see that it was Tenten. She was not able to speak anymore and
Tenten walked past her as if she was a stranger. He told her that his company
had acquired the property and since it would cost too much to have it fixed, it
was better to have it demolished and save whatever little the place was worth.
He then marched out of the villa and walked into his car. Serena recovered from
her shock and tried to run after Tenten but he drove off.
Luciana went to see Roberto and asked him to forgive her
because without him and Serena, her wife had no meaning.
Tenten met with his parents who were waiting for him at the
city square. He told Mummy Taps that he wanted to take them to Italy because
she had always wanted to visit the Vatican. They went sightseeing at the
fountain and there, Tenten saw Serena making a wish. He turned back so that she
would not see him but Serena already did. Tenten told his parents that they had
to leave so that they could rest but Serena followed them.
Dodoy dropped his selfie stick and Tenten went to get it for
him. He bumped into Serena as she was
trying to get to him and she told him that she needed to tell him something.
Serena went to sat that Villa Marchesa was important to her and her family but
Tenten told her that he did not care since he would not survive in business if
he let himself get affected by stories from people like her. He left her then
and went to rest in his room. He told his parents that the company his firm had
bought belonged to the Marchesas and they decided that it was no coincidence.
Dodoy and Taps went to talk to Serena and she told them
about how they had lost all their property which now belonged to Tenten. They
in turn told Serena about how Tenten had acquired his fortune but he was no
longer the same person. He was always working and his moods shifted a lot. They
also agreed to help Serena so that her home would not be destroyed.
The following day, Tenten had planned on going sightseeing
with his parents but they told him that they knew the best place for them to
visit. The three of them drove off to a farm and when they arrived, the person
who welcomed them was Roberto Marchesa. That was where we ended…
