We started with Leah and her boss leaving the office and her
boss told her that the American client was flying in to learn about the
brilliant concept first hand because it was so brilliant.
Leah was in a bit of
a shallow mood since the project had been stolen away from her. She saw Clark
waiting for her and asked him why he was there. Leah’s boss excused himself when
his phone rang and Clark told Leah that she secretly liked to see him waiting
on her every time she left the office. Leah’s boss returned and told them that
a friend was asking for his help since he needed to do a wedding photo shoot
but he did not have models. He told them that they looked good together and
they would also get paid. Leah did not want to but Clark was thrilled by the
shoot’s newlywed concept. Leah’s boss tried to convince her by telling her her
that the money would help buy her father’s medicine and with that, Clark
decided that they would do it.
They decided to stroll around before going to the photo
shoot later in the evening. Clark took Leah to the ocean and told her about how
his mother had told him about his father and how he had imagined that when he
finally met, his father would teach him things like riding a bicycle but it did
not happen. When they went to sit down by the pier, Clark told Leah that
although he had been hurt by his father’s rejection, he had accepted that there
were people who just couldn’t love. Leah told him that he admired how Clark
could be able to let go of all the hurt he had felt after his father’s
rejection since she could not be able to. Clark told her that it was only
because he had found another kind of love; it was her and because he loved her,
he was able to let go of all the hurt.
When Tiffany and Tolayts went to pick up Gabby from school,
they met Adrian; Gabby’s father. He wanted to talk to Tiffany but she did not
want to. He insisted on having a word so Tiffany asked Tolayts to take Gabby
home.
Adrian took Tifanny to a café and told her that he had
decided to go and make a life for himself so that he could come back successful
and be with her. He said that he finished college and went abroad for work and
he was now earning well so he wanted to help her support Gabby. Tiffany told
him that it was good for him to have finished college and make a life for
himself but she was done with him. Adrian wanted to support Gabby so he asked
Tiffany if he could have a talk with her father.
Mr. Sol agreed to see Adrian but he warned him against
hurting his Tiffany again because he would have to deal with him.
Tolayts felt threatened after Adrian’s reappearance and he
asked Tiffany if she would on get back together with Adrian to give Gabby a
family. Tiffany told him that Adrian was only going to be the father of Gabby
and she would never go back to him. Tolayts was delighted and went back to
calling her “My Love” but Tiffany got up and left.
Leah and Clark finally went to their photo shoot and they
looked the part of newlyweds after they got dressed and had make up done. When
Clark saw Leah, he commented that they could now go to church. Leah told him that they were really good at
acting like a couple so it was no huge task. Clark told her that he had stopped
acting a very long time ago.
The photo shoot went well and the photographer was able to
take stunning photos of them. They
danced as he took photos but lastly, he asked them to kiss for the final shot.
They both looked at him in surprise and he told them that it was his money shot
and they needed to do it for him. Clark looked at Leah and told her that they
had to do it for the photographer. He tipped her face toward him and leaned in
for the kiss. After the photographer got his shots, he thanked them for
modeling for him and told them that they had undeniable chemistry like a real
couple.
After the shoot, the photographer sent some pictures to
Clark and he showed them to Leah. He told her that they really looked good
together. He told her that he meant every word he said about her during all
those immigration interviews and everyone had seen it hence the reason they
believed it. He told Leah that he had never loved anyone the way he loved Leah
and she too would never find anyone who loved her as much so he asked her to
give him a chance to be with her.
Back in America, Jigs continued to meet up with Maggie and
he advised her to let go of the person who had dumped her because he did not
value her. Maggie told him to take the same advice concerning Leah.
Aunt Jack had a video call with her mother who told her that
Clark was still pursing Leah. Aunt Jack said that she was afraid of calling
them since she felt guilty for having tried to separate them.
Tiffany took Gabby to a picnic along with Mr Sol, Tolayts
and Adrian. Tolayts and Adrian kept fighting for Gabby’s attention so that they
could impress Tifanny.
At work, Leah’s boss received an anonymous email telling him
that the juice campaign had actually been prepared by Leah and Leah told him
that it was true so she was asked to take charge of the entire project. Leah
was delighted and she found Clark waiting for her as she left the office. We
ended with Clark asking Leah why she looked so happy…
