DOBLE KARA SEASON 3 Episode 11 & 12

EPISODE 11

We started with Sara going back to the club after the nurse failed to show up for their meeting.

  She told Banjo and Cynthia that the nurse stood her up and Banjo said that it was best that they look for some other evidence instead of wasting time on the nurse.

Flo; the nurse was taken to Alex and she was harassed into saying what she had discussed with Sara. The nurse said that Sara asked her to tell the truth because she was broke at the time of Becca’s kidnaping so there was no way she could have managed to do it.

Alex noticed that this was a loophole in her plan since Sara could easily prove that she was broke during Becca’s kidnapping and she sort to look for a way to make sure that Sara could not prove her innocence.

The children at the orphanage told Paulo that they missed Patricia and gave him a gift so that he could give it to her. Paulo texted Patricia and asked her for her home address because he wanted to give her something but Patricia said he could not go because of her brother. She suggested that Paulo go to her school instead and that was where they met . Paulo gave Patricia the gift which was a handmade bracelet but they were not able to talk much because Patricia’s driver went to get her and Paulo had to hide.

At school, Hannah told her school mates that they should be wary of Becca because her mother was under investigation for doing something bad and Becca might have inherited some of her bad traits. During class, one of the children lost their pencil pack and she accused Becca of taking it. She went as far as going through Becca’s bag but Becca said that she did not take it. The teacher asked the other girl not to accuse Becca without any proof but the child insisted that Becca was as bad as her mother so she was the one who took the pencil. 

The teacher went to see Seb and told him that Becca was taken to the principal’s office for fighting with her classmates and he was needed there. Seb called Kara and both of them went to learn what had happened. The principal explained that Becca had been accused of stealing a pencil case and Kara said that her child was incapable of doing that. The other girl’s mother got upset since Kara meant that her daughter was a liar. Becca defended herself and said that her Momma taught her that it was bad to steal and she did not do it. Kara asked if the teacher had checked Becca’s bag and she said that they did but they did not find anything. She then clarified that the reason they called the parents was to know why the other girl had accused Becca. The girl said that they were warned by to be wary of Becca because her mother was a bad person. The teacher asked where the girl got the information and she said that Hannah told them.

When Kara and  Seb got home, they talked to Hannah about it and Hannah said that she had only told the truth by warning the other children about Becca since her mother was bad. Seb said that she had not done the right thing but Hannah accused them of taking Becca’s side again. Kara told Hannah that they were not taking sides and she was wrong for having said that because she hurt Becca. Seb told Hannah that she had to apologize to Becca for what she had done. They took her to apologize to Becca and Becca clarified that she and her Momma were not bad people. She asked Hannah not to do it again and the children hugged it out.

When Laura went to see Sara, she told her about the fight that Becca had in school and Sara wanted to rush out and go to Becca but Laura stopped her. Laura asked Sara to let Kara handle the issue without interfering because she was Becca’s mother.

Sara however went to Kara’s house later that evening and saw Becca crying in the Balcony. Becca was praying to the stars for her mother to forgive her for causing a fight at school because she was only trying to defend herself when she saw Sara. Sara ran off and hid while Becca cried out for her but she did not reappear.

The following day was the hearing and it was Sara’s time to defend herself. Laura asked Kara to give Sara the benefit of doubt and give her a chance to defend herself. Sara’s lawyer brought out Cynthia, Banjo and Andrea to the witness stand and they all defended Sara by saying that she was too broke at the time to hire anyone and she was also not capable of kidnapping Becca.   They also said that Sara wanted to tell Kara the truth when she found out but was afraid to do it because she did not want to lose Becca.

Itoy was left at home to take care of Becca and Hannah as the rest went to court and he overheard Becca ask Hannah to be her friend so that they could stop fighting. Hannah told Becca she will never consider her a friend.

When Sara finally took the stand, Kara’s lawyer cross examined her and made it seem as if Sara had really taken Isabella willingly. He brought up the jealousy that Sara always felt for Kara and said it was her motive for having stolen Isabella. Sara also admitted that she had gone to see her family when she returned from Japan and the lawyer turned this against her by saying that Sara must have known that Isabella was Kara’s child because she saw her. Sara said that she did see the child but it was from a far so she could not recognize her. The lawyer then asked if Sara tried to return the child and Sara said she did but she could not leave her at the police station since it was dangerous. The lawyer said that this was not true since Sara could not prove it and she gave Isabella the name of her deceased daughter to conceal her identity. With that, Sara was made to look very guilty.

Episode 12

After the trial, Sara went back to club Felicidad with her lawyer, Laura, Banjo and Cynthia. They were all in despair because Sara was losing her defense and they had no one else to testify in her favor. The lawyer said that they still had someone who could do it and went on to say that they could get Rebecca to testify in her favor. Sara was surprised by the suggestion and said that she did not want Becca involved in any of the mess. The lawyer said that Becca did not have to appear in court and could just give her testimony via a recording but Sara still did not agree.

Laura however thought it was a good idea so when she got home, she talked to Kara and Seb about it. Kara refused to let Becca testify but Becca overheard them and said that she wanted to testify and help her Momma.

 Sara continued to call the nurse to see if she would answer back but she did not answer. Banjo accompanied Sara to the nurse’s house but the neighbor told her that the nurse already moved together with her children.

When Kara and Seb got home, Itoy told them about the conversation between Becca and Hannah that he overheard adding that he was worried about the children. Kara talked to Hannah and asked her why she said she would never be friends with Becca and Hannah said that it was because Becca refused to love her and preferred to be with Sara. Hannah said that she did not like seeing Kara sad and as long as Becca continued to make her sad, she would not be friends with her.

At the next hearing, Kara’s lawyer brought back the nurse to the witness stand and Kara’s lawyer objected to it because she had already given her testimony. Kara’s lawyer said that the nurse had more information to shed light to the case so the judge allowed him to proceed. The nurse said that Sara had gone to her house to harass her and asked her to retract her statement. The lawyer provided call records of Sara endlessly calling the nurse which proved that she had been trying to harass her. The nurse added that Sara and Lucille were in connivance to kidnap Isabella. Sara screamed that it was not true but the judge asked her to remain quiet.

 Alex was in the court room as well to follow the proceedings and when they were on break, she went to talk to Seb. She told him that she wanted to support him and would accept his apology for kicking her out of the house once Sara’s hearing was over but Seb was appalled with this because he did not see what he had to apologize for. Alex enlightened him by saying that he had overlooked her to support Kara and her family even when they were the ones causing him trouble. Seb told Alex that he could not believe that she could think like that even after Kara and her family welcomed her and tried to overlook all her wrong doings. He told Alex never to go to the court again because he did not want her to cause any more trouble.

Alex went to drink away her misery and  Julio found her very drunk. He caught her when she staggered and Alex made him promise her that he would not abandon her. She decided to make sure she was rooted in Julio’s life so that he would always protect her so she went to Patricia’s school and offered to hang out with her without telling Julio. They went to Julio’s house and she made dinner for them as she had a chat with Patricia. Julio was not happy to find Alex there when he got home but she managed to convince him to let her get closer to Patricia by saying that Patricia would soon trust her enough to tell her whatever she was doing. That way, Julio would be able to protect her.

Barbara was at the hearing too and did not like to hear Lucille’s name dragged into the proceedings. She talked to Laura about it and they agreed to help each other since someone was clearly framing Sara and Lucille. Besides, the two hated each other and there was no way they could work together. Barbara suspected that Alex had something to do with it so she hired a private investigator and told him to investigate Alex.

Edward brought some food to Sara at her apartment and tried to keep her mind off her problems but Sara only stared in the distance wondering

On the next heating, Becca hid in the van that everyone took to the hearing because she was determined to help Sara even without anyone’s consent. Hannah saw her get in but Becca asked her not to say anything. Andy had been left in charge of the children so Hannah lied to her that Becca was in the bathroom. Andy wanted to check up on her but Hannah said she was hungry and distracted him. Kara, Seb and the rest did not notice that they took Becca along with them to court. Before they started the hearing, Kara called Sara out for trying to make Becca testify but Sara said she agreed that Becca should not be dragged into their troubles.

At the hearing, the judge asked if there were any more witnesses and both lawyers said that they had no witnesses to present. However, Becca rushed in and said that she was there to testify for her Momma!  That was where we ended…
