We started with Clark and Leah trying to get ready for their
interview. They had to learn details and habits about each other but they
started playing pranks on each other.
Leah brought a cockroach in the house to prank Clark with it
and he ended up getting hurt when he was running away from Leah who had the cockroach
in her hand.
To get back at her, Clark made some soup from shrimp and
offered Leah a bite when she got home. Leah was very hungry so she accepted it but
after she accepted it, she started to scratch her neck. She asked Clark what
was in the soup and he said that he added Shrimp to it. Leah screamed and ran
to the bathroom where she was started to puke. She told Clark that she could
not breathe and he rushed her to the hospital.
Clark learnt that Leah was addicted to shrimp and apologized
profusely after she was treated. Leah asked Clark to help her with her green
card because she needed to help her family and Clark promised to help her.
They finally got serious about knowing more about each other
and even punished one another with a nose flick if they got the answers wrong.
Tiffany took Mr. Sol to the hospital and the doctor said
that he needed a heart bypass surgery because his arteries were blocked. He
advised that Mr. Sol rest and not exert himself because of his condition. They
needed a lot of money to have the surgery and Tiffany said that they needed to
get the money. Mr. Sol asked Tiffany not to tell Leah about it even if they
needed the money because he did not want to worry her.
Clark and Leah got ready for their interview and were very
confident when they got to the immigration office. Leah told the officer that she
loved Clark because he reminded her of her father; the way he cared about his
family. Clark also said that he loved Leah because she was optimistic and
viewed every situation from a positive viewpoint. They talked about their family and the officer
asked Leah if he had met Clark’s family. Leah said that she had met his Aunt
but had not met his parents because they were both dead. The officer asked Leah
why she thought Clark’s parents were dead because his father was still alive.
Clark cut in and said that he was the one who told Leah that his parents were
dead because he was not good terms with his father and he considered his father
dead.
When they got home, they argued and Leah blamed Leah for how
their interview went. Clark told Leah that he would not talk about his father
and if Leah insisted, she would have to get another husband. Leah told him that
it was too late because they were already married and he had promised to help
her. She got upset and left the house.
Clark went to work and felt guilty for how things turned out
with Leah. When he went home, Leah was not there. He started to look for her
and spent the entire night outside because he could not find her. He found her
in the park the following morning and she was about to get arrested for
sleeping in the park. Clark helped her and said that she was his wife so the officer
let Leah go.
Aunt Jack helped the two of them reconcile and we ended as Leah
and Clark reconciled. They sort to help one another and finally get Leah her green card....
