We started with Serena telling Angel how obsessive Tenten
was about picking her up and Angel asked her to let him do it because he only
wanted to be a perfect boyfriend.
Serena told Angel that Tenten was not her
boyfriend and they had not yet labeled their relationship. Angel told her that
it was dangerous for her since she might end up building up hope and things
what were not there so she asked Serena to label their relationship. Serena
told Angel that the status of her relationship with Tenten was destiny!
In the morning, Tenten woke everyone up because he was super
jovial and after breakfast, they all went to the farm where they had planned to
meet with Serena. Serena asked to speak to Binggoy and told him that she had
talked to Angel and learnt what has happened when their families had dinner.
Binggoy told Serena that his apology was due and it was true that it was
possible for people who had done something wrong to change. Serena told him that
everything was now fine between them.
Gian Carlo woke up in his hotel room drunk and when the girl
he slept with approached him, he choked her and told her that she was not
Serena. The girl ran off and got some goons to beat up Gian Carlo for hurting
her.
Back at the farm, Tenten told Serena that he wanted to take
her out; only the two of them so that they could have some alone time. He added
that it was a place where fireflies mated. Serena was a bit alarmed so she
called Angel and asked her what she thought Tenten meant. Angel told Serena
that maybe Tenten wanted to get a permanent place in Serena’s life so maybe he
was going to propose to her. Serena however hoped that it was not the case.
When Tenten left with Serena in the evening he asked
everyone to stay behind so that the two of them could have some alone time;
even her body guards.
Tenten changed in the car as Serena watched him and it was
very awkward. He later drove her to a farm where the fireflies were supposed to
mate and he told her that the place held special memories for them and he
wanted to give her something that could help cement their relationship. He
reached for something in his pocket and it fell on the ground so Tenten dropped
on his knees to look for it. Serena’s eyes widened and she dropped to her knees
as well. She told Tenten that he did not have to keep looking for the ring
because her answer was a yes! Tenten did not know what she was saying yes to
and Serena filled in by saying that she would marry him because she loved him.
Tenten helped her up and hugged her with a worried smile on his face.
Gian Carlo’s uncle went to look for him in the Philippines
and managed to find him locked up in jail after a long and violent search.
After Tenten went home, he explained to his family how he
had ended up getting engaged to Serena. They advised him to tell Serena that it
had all been a misunderstanding. Serena also told Angel and their parents about
the engagement and they told her to call Tenten and call it off.
Tenten called Serena just as she was about to call him and
he explained to her that he was only going to give her a key and not a ring. Serena
laughed because she was so relieved. She explained to Tenten that her life was
complicated at the moment and she did not want to get into another engagement
before she sorted herself out. She also asked that they take things a little at
a time and told Tenten to take her out on a date. Tenten understood but
Serena’s explanation left him upset. He told Taps and Binggoy that Serena got
engaged to Gian Carlo so easily, but with him, it was complicated.
Tenten went to pick Serena up and she told Roger and Leo to
stay behind since she wanted to have privacy with Tenten. They left after a
little drama with Uge who told her that she should ask for his permission first
before going out.
In the car, Serena tried to brighten the mood and joke
around but Tenten was not amused. They decided to go out to the movies but when they got there,
the only seats available were not together. Serena told Tenten that they should
watch the next movie instead but Tenten said that they would not have enough
time for dinner so he took the tickets. They ended up sitting almost 5 seats
apart and Tenten did not seem to mind because he laughed throughout the movie.
Serena did not enjoy herself as much.
When the movie ended and they went to eat, Tenten could not
be bothered to converse with Serena. Serena finally got upset and left the
table. Tenten followed her and asked where she was going. Serena asked Tenten
why he had been quiet all day because she was tired of guessing. She added that
if he was tired of her company, all he had to do was say it. Tenten finally
came clean and said that he had been sulking because Serena had denied his
accidental proposal so easily. Serena laughed it off but she decided to make it
up to Tenten.
Serena took Tenten to see the judge working on her citizenship
and told him that she wanted to marry Tenten. That was where we ended…
