We started with Angelo waking Joy up because she fell asleep
on the couch. As they were working, he said he would take her out for dinner
and Joy became excited because she would finally go on a date with Angelo.
Angelo took Joy out for dinner and she really loved the food
so Angelo said that he would take her out again.
David continued his treatment in America but he really had a
hard time. He was weak and did not want to eat so Angelo and Amor took care of
him. He told Amor that he wanted to see her happy so he wanted her to get
married to Eduardo.
Two months later, they decided to go back to the Philippines
because they moved up Amor’s wedding.
Yna dropped by the restaurant first to see how things were
going. She brought souvenirs for her staff and gave them to Takong to
distribute them. The other workers wanted to greet her since they would not be
staying long and Joy dragged Angelo to go with her although he had said that he
was busy. Angelo was hopeful and wanted to see Yna again but she had already
left when Takong gave out the souvenirs and he seemed disappointed.
Amor met up with Eduardo and they both went to the bakery so
Amor could greet Sir. Greggy and the rest. When Angelo arrived home, Eduardo
told him that he would be his best man and Angelo was delighted. Amor told him
that Yna would be her maid of honour and asked if Angelo was fine with it.
Angelo said he had no problem as long as Yna agreed and Amor told him that both
Yna and David knew about it.
Yna went to visit her mother and forgot about David’s chemo therapy
appointment. When she went to see him, he was irritable and threw dishes at the
nurses who were taking care of him. Yna apologized for not being there saying
that she did not know that he had a chemo appointment.
Claudia got a call from Irma telling her that her husband
had been abusing her. She said that she
was in Manila and asked Claudia to help her. Claudia told Simon that she had to
go to Manila to help Irma and he was furious. He told Claudia that he did not
want her to go because the people after her might find her. He later talked to
his friend about Claudia’s plan of going to Manila and his friend said that
Claudia would get suspicious if he refused to let her go. He said that Manila
was a big place and there was little chance of her running into someone she
knew so Simon agreed to let her go.
In the morning, Eduardo invited everyone to a dinner party
to discuss the wedding details. He also asked Liya to join them on her way out
to school.
When Liya got to school, Patty told her that she had to get
her a date with Amboy before she threw her out of their group. Liya tried to
talk to Amboy but he refused to help her. Liya told him that if he failed to
help her, the two of them would no longer be friends.
Joy learnt from Angelo that Yna would be the maid of honor
while he would be the best man and the information disturbed her. She was still
on friendship basis with Angelo and Ichu told her to act first before she ended
up losing Angelo again. Joy said that she was okay with their friendship
because Yna was still with David so the two of them would not get back
together.
Claudia was supposed to meet with Irma at a church and as they
waited for her, she saw Eduardo and Amor. They were there for the wedding counseling
class and she cried when she saw them. She told her friend that they looked
really in love and she did not understand why seeing them affected her so much.
Irma did not go to church because her husband arrived home so they decided to
go to her.
Eduardo and Amor did not see Claudia. They walked out
holding hands and went to prepare for their dinner party.
Yna helped David get ready and they went to the party along
with her family. Sir Greggy went with Kabayan, Monay and Bubwit while Angelo
arrived a little later with Liya. Liya did not want to go so Angelo asked her
not to talk and to behave for the sake of Eduardo.
Eduardo and Amor were the last to arrive after all the
guests had arrived but there seemed to be a lot of tension at the gathering.
Belen was not happy with the match but she told Amor that she wanted her to be
happy. Angelo was uncomfortable seeing Yna with David while Liya could not help
but sneer at Amor.
On the way to Irma’s house, the taxi that Claudia rode
almost got into an accident and the incident trigerred the memory of the
accident she was in with Caloy. She started getting flashes of memories from
her past and we ended as she remembered everything!
