We started with Odessa and Larry talking about the incident at Angela’s party and they decided to go pick her up and take her out to the mall.
Calvin brought Angela a doll to cheer her up because she was not allowed to go out after fighting with Claire during her party. Angela was really happy and Calvin compared her reaction to that of Clare. Clare once told Calvin that she was not a child when he gave her a stuffed animal.
Larry and Odessa went to get Angela at Francis’ house but Francis told them that Angela was being punished. Odessa said that Larry always treated Angela like a daughter and was hoping to go out with her and Francis changed his mind. He let Angela go out with them and they took her to the mall. When they arrived, Larry received an urgent call from the office and had to go back so he asked Angela and Odessa to go ahead without him.
Claire and Evelyn went for a pedicure at a spa to unwind but Claire got upset when Evelyn defended Angela as they were talking about the party. She stormed out of the spa and Evelyn followed her.
Claire bumped into Angela and she started to harass her. Angela said that she did not want to fight but Claire attacked her. Odessa watched them fight for a while but then went to defend Angela. She helped Angela kick Claire and told her to learn how to fight back. Claire fell on the floor and Evelyn helped her up when she got to them. She asked Odessa to stop the girls from fighting instead of fueling the fight.
Claire refused to back down and yanked Angela’s hair. As Evelyn went to stop them from fighting, Odessa stopped her and started to fight with her because of Larry. She accused Evelyn of interfering with her relationship with Larry and Evelyn told her she should not be blamed if they were having problems.
Larry got a call from the office and telling him that he no longer needed to go to the office so he decided to go back to the mall where he found Evelyn and Odessa fighting.
Claire had been attacking Angela and she hid under the table so that Claire would not reach her. Claire told Angela that she would not let her be with Calvin.
Larry stopped Evelyn and Odessa from fighting and Evelyn left the mall with Claire. She told Claire to stop fighting with Angela because of Calvin because she was only lowering her dignity.
Larry and Odessa took Margaret home but Francis was not around. Angela feared that Francis would scold her again for fighting with Claire so Calvin asked Larry not to tell Francis about the incident.
At work the following day, Angela told Patricia that she wanted Calvin to be her boyfriend and Calvin overheard part of their conversation. He asked what they were talking about and Angela was just about to tell her that she wanted him to be her boyfriend but Patricia cut in and said that she was telling Angela about her boyfriend. After Calvin left, Angela asked Patricia why she lied and Patricia explained to her that the girl is not supposed to be the one to court a guy.
Larry wanted to cancel a meeting in the mountains because there was an issue with his suppliers but Calvin asked him not to cancel it and he could go to the meeting instead. Larry wanted Calvin to go with Claire but Odessa said it would be better to take Angela so that she could experience the scenery.
When Calvin went to ask Angela if she could go with him, Angela was very excited and asked him if would be a date. Calvin said it would be a date and got amused because Angela seemed too excited.
Claire went with Charm to see Calvin even after Evelyn asked her not to look for him. They learnt from Maila that Calvin went out with Angela and she decided to go look for them. Charm refused to go with her so Claire asked Elmo to go with him instead.
Angela kept staring at Calvin as he was driving and said that she liked looking at him. Calvin leaned over to help Angela with her seat belt and almost got them in an accident because he got distracted while watching her. Unfortunately, they got stuck in the mud while they were driving and could not move. Angela wanted to push the car so that they could go on their date but Calvin told her to stop because she was not strong enough. He got a guitar from his car and they sat at the back as he played a song for Angela.
Francis went to get Angela from work but Larry and Odessa told him that she went with Calvin. Francis said that it was a good idea to take Angela out to the mountains since that was where he found her and it might trigger her memories. Odessa got nervous after hearing this.
Angela told Calvin that she also wanted to learn to play the guitar and he helped teach her how to use it.
Angela had met with Glenda to talk about her fight with Odessa but she received a call from Charm telling her that Claire went after Calvin and they left to go stop her. That was where we ended…
