We started with Angelo taking Yna to work and he asked her if
he had seen David at Amor’s house. Yna said that she did not see him.
After Angelo dropped Yna off at Buena Corp, he went to visit
Eduardo at the governor’s office and arrived just as David was going in. Mark
asked David where he was and David lied instead of saying he was at Amor’s
house and this made Angelo suspicious.
Angelo had a chat with Eduardo and told him about his
concerns with Yna. Angelo said that Yna seemed disturbed and she refused to
tell him what was bothering her adding that it made him feel as if Yna did not
trust her. Eduardo told Angelo that just because he was with Yna, it did not
mean that she should tell him everything that she was thinking. He said that
maybe Yna thought she could handle whatever it was that was bothering her and
the best Angelo could do was to be there for her when she needed him.
Angelo went back to the resort and told Miguel about seeing
David at Amor’s house. Miguel told Angelo that maybe he was just jealous
because Yna was there too. Angelo however insisted that he had a feeling David
was hiding something otherwise he would not have lied about going to Amor’s
house. The two searched David up on the internet but they were not able to find
out much.
Claudia set up an appointment with Amor so that she could
hand over the papers to the property that Amor bought from her.
Claudia found the desserts that Yna left in her candy drawer
but she was very careful with them because she did not know where they came
from. She called her secretary and made her sample the sweets first just in case
they were poisoned. The secretary ate them and said that they were very good.
Claudia then summoned Yna to her office and told her to
prepare food because Amor would be coming for a meeting. She specifically
instructed Yna to make Amor’s food taste bad then asked her if she was the one
who left the sweets in her drawer. Yna was afraid to admit it but she said that
she made them together with Angelo and Claudia thanked her for them.
Back at the resort, Isko arrived with Medicine for Yna and
Belen decided to take them to her at work since she was not feeling well.
Yna tried to make the food as bad as she could but in the
end, she gave up and made the food as good as she always does. Claudia herself
tasted the food and she was furious because the food was delicious. She shoved
Yna and asked her why she had refused to follow her instructions and Yna told
her that she valued her cooking and she could not deliberately make the food
taste bad.
Claudia started shoving Yna harder and she almost fell down
but Belen arrived with Yna’s medicine and caught her just before she fell.
Belen asked Yna what was happening and Claudia thought that Yna had snitched on
her to her mother and went to attack her. Belen pushed Claudia away only
slightly and Claudia stumbled, and hit a kitchen cabinet. She screamed in pain
and was rushed to the hospital.
Claudia’s secretary called Amor and cancelled the appointment
they had. This left Amor puzzled as she wondered why Claudia had chosen to cancel
their meeting and thought that maybe she was on to her plans.
Claudia was rushed to the hospital and she paid the doctor
to bandage her up in order to exaggerate the situation. When Eduardo and Angelo
went to visit her, Claudia whined about Yna and her mother being abusive to her
even when they had helped them.
Angelo however saw through Claudia’s pretense and he told
Yna not to worry about the issue when he finally got to see her. He wanted to
talk to her about what had been bothering her but Yna fainted and Angelo rushed
her to the hospital.
David tendered in his resignation to Eduardo and said that
he had to leave for the US to help someone who was important to him. Eduardo
told him that he could help the woman as he continued to work with him and
refused to accept the resignation.
The police came to tell Eduardo that they had a lead on the
person who had tried to kill him. Claudia called Eduardo’s office but Mark answered
the call instead and told her that Eduardo was in a meeting. Claudia refused to
leave a message and told Mark to tell Eduardo that she had called.
Angelo took Yna to a private room and offered to pay her
bill but Yna and Belen refused to accept it, saying that they could handle the
hefty bill.
Amor made a fruit basket and visited Claudia and the
hospital and she dared to point out that Claudia looked fine.
As she was leaving, she saw Angelo and he told her that he
had taken Yna to the hospital because she had fainted. Amor went in to see Yna
and gave her a hug.
Claudia called Mr. P to make sure that he was not involved
in Eduardo’s shooting and after they settled that, Mr. P demanded to know the
progress of Claudia’s partnership with Amor. Claudia got frustrated because he
pressured her and she asked him to give her more time. After the call, Claudia
threw a tantrum in her room and we ended as Angelo went in to see her only to
find her stomping around her room…
