We started with Serena arriving at Sarah’s restaurant with
Gian Carlo, Franco and Nanny Melds.
Sarah went to get desert and invited Serena to join her.
While in the kitchen, Sarah gushed about Tenten, saying he was a nice guy, very
cute and had such soulful eyes. She also said that Tenten was very funny and thoughtful
because he had gone there personally to apologize for not going to their date.
Sarah therefore thanked Serena again for introducing her to him.
Back at the table, Gian Carlo asked Tenten whether he and
Serena were okay since she must have scolded him for failing to go on the date
she had set up. Tenten told him that they had sorted things out. Gian Carlo
went on to tell a story about how he had upset Serena by failing to go to a
Roma game and said that he had sworn never to upset her again. He said this as
a way of warning Tenten against doing the same with Serena.
When the girls returned to the table, everyone congratulated
Sarah for her desert and they asked her about the resort she had recommended.
Sarah told them about the activities the resort offered and when they decided
to go. Sarah said that she wanted to join them and enthusiastically asked
Tenten to join them too. Tenten told them that he could not go because he had
already been given his leave during the time that he had gone to Bohol and he
might not be able to get permission from work once again. Serena said that he
could try and ask for permission since JJ had said that he was a favored
employee while Gian Carlo said that it would be on a weekend so he could still
join them. Tenten refused to go nonetheless so the rest decided to go without
him.
As they left the restaurant, Serena spoke to Tenten
privately and asked him whether he refused to go to the resort with them
because of her. Tenten denied it and so Serena insisted that he go. Tenten had
no choice but to accept.
When they got to the hotel, Gian Carlo and Franco left
Serena and Nanny Melds to go sleep in their own room. There, Gian Carlo asked
Franco how much he knew about Tenten and Franco told him he did not know much.
Gian Carlo said that he felt as if he knew Tenten from somewhere. They then talked
about how Gian carlo was going to win Serena’s heart when they go to the resort
and Franco said that he would help him.
Tenten told his father and Binngoy about seeing Serena at
the restaurant. He mocked how she implied that he refused to go to the resort
because of her and said that he was not bothered by her. Binggoy asked him to
stop complaining since it was true that he had been avoiding Serena and it was
fine for him to join them so that he could save his friendship with Serena. Dodoy told him to go and represent the Ibarra
name.
In the morning, Tenten was ready to leave but since Binngoy
wanted him to look good because of Gian Carlo so he did a makeover.
Taps arrived back from her retreat and when she learnt that
Tenten went with Serena, she was worried about him so she asked Binggoy to call
him back. When Binggoy called, they realized that Tenten had left his phone
behind since it rang at home.
Everyone had already arrived at the meeting place except
Tenten. Serena kept calling him but Tenten did not answer. He arrived like the
show stopper he intended to be and the girls both broke into wide smiles when
they saw him. Sarah ran toward Tenten and welcomed him with a hug. The party
then proceeded to the van that would take them to the resort but before they
got in, Serena apologized to Sarah because of Tenten’s style and explained to
her that Tenten tended to overdress or underdress. Sarah who is completely
smitten with Tenten said that she liked Tenten’s style and did not mind it.
In the car, Gian Carlo sat with Serena; Sarah sat with
Tenten while Franco sat with Nanny Melds at the back. Sarah kept giggling so
Serena kept staring at them at the back. Sarah finally fell asleep on Tenten’s
shoulder and Serena seemed uncomfortable.
When they arrived at the resort, it was a fun place with
activities such as zip lining and wall climbing and when Tenten saw this, he
ran off saying that he was going to the bathroom since he is afraid of heights.
Tenten skipped the Zip lining activity and when they went wall climbing, Sarah
went to look for Tenten. She found him making kites with children and asked him
to go with her.
When they arrived to the rest of the party, Gian Carlo had
confidently finished his wall climb and he asked Tenten to go next. Serena said
that Tenten could not go since he was afraid of heights but Tenten wanting to
seem confident, said that he could do it. Tenten went up and when it was time
for him to be dropped down, he fainted halfway through the drop. Tenten
collapsed on the landing and we ended with Serena hurriedly going to pick him
up.
