We started with Yna and her family settling in their new
home. Amor gave Yna a job as a cook at an orphanage and constantly went to
check on how they were doing. Angelo also visited Yna but he never approached
her.
Eduardo invited Amor to a charity ball that he was
organizing for his campaign and she confirmed that she would attend it. She
also texted Eduardo and said that she missed him. Eduardo was happy with the
message and was about to text her back when Amor sent another text saying that
her phone was on auto reply so she didn’t send the message intentionally. She
told Eduardo that they would see each other at the event and he texted back
saying that it was fine.
Roma Christy asked Amor if she had confirmed her attendance
at the charity event and Amor said that she confirmed with Eduardo. Roma
Christy gave a reaction that caught Amor’s attention and she asked if Roma had
anything to say. Roma Christy told Amor that she was getting too comfortable
with Eduardo and she should be more careful.
Ted and Mrs. Salameda were upset that Eduardo’s standing in
the polls had not gone down even after the mistress scandal and a person from
their team said that it was because Eduardo was affiliated with Amor. Mrs.
Salameda said that they now knew who they had to attack now.
Bea Bianca went to Casa Corazon to pester Angelo again and
Takong told her to leave because they had customers who needed tables and she
was not buying anything. Angelo came and told her to leave adding that if she
kept up with what she was doing, he would lose her respect for her.
When Yna was about to go home after work, a cab pulled up at
the orphanage and it was David! He had just arrived from America and had gone
straight from the airport to see Yna. He said that he was on vacation and wanted
to visit his mum. He apologized to Yna for not telling her before that Amor was
his mother and she said that she understood because he did not want to seem as
if he was using Amor to be successful. He told Yna that he heard about her
break up with Angelo and she told him that it was true but she still missed
him. He then offered Yna a ride home because he wanted to greet her family.
Belen, Isko and Red were glad to see David back. Isko asked
him where he had been and he said that he went to America to study. He asked
David about it three more times and David patiently answered him. Yna then
asked David to leave so that he could rest and he decided to go.
After David left, Angelo arrived again to check up on Yna
and this time, Red saw him. She told Yna that Angelo was outside and Yna
hurriedly got up. When she got to the window though, Angelo had already gone to
hide and she thought that Red had just mistaken him for someone else.
David arrived at Amor’s house and he said that he wanted to
surprise her but Amor told him that she knew he had gone back earlier because
of Yna. David told her that he knew that Yna still loved Angelo and he was only
staying until his vacation was over so there was nothing for her to worry
about.
On the day of the charity ball, Claudia got sick with
chicken pox and was not able to attend. She said that she would check into a
hotel to avoid infecting the kids but she went to stay with Simon. Angelo and
Liya went to the ball with Eduardo instead.
Eduardo was supposed to dance with Claudia after his speech
but since she could not attend, he was asked to choose another partner. Amor
thought that he would ask her to dance with him and was hoping that he would
not do it. Liya was sitting next to Amor and it was her that Eduardo asked instead.
Amor was relieved and clapped as she watched Eduardo dance. Later, the guests
were asked to dance as well but Amor got up and went to the restroom. Liya told
Eduardo that she wanted to sit with Angelo so he let her go. Liya joined Angelo
at the table and asked him to dance with her so that he could stop being sad.
When Amor went to the rest room, she was asked to go to the
one on the next floor because the one there was out of order. As she went to
find the other restroom, Eduardo stopped her. He asked her if she was fine and
she said that she was and continued on her way but Eduardo stooped her. He told
her a knock knock joke and when Amor asked “who’s there?” Eduardo asked her to
dance with him. Amor laughed but said that she didn’t usually dance and
attempted to leave again. Eduardo caught Amor’s arm and held her to him in a
dance position. We ended as he started dancing with her…
