We started with Claudia and Eduardo being told that the
program was about to start. They headed over to where the people were and
handed out medicines to them.
Later, Eduardo addressed some people who had gone to the chapel
to renew their vows. He congratulated them and one of them said that it would
be good for him and his wife to renew their vows as well. Eduardo could not
refuse and Claudia watched him in amazement as he recited the vows with no
heart at all. He even looked bored…
Claudia received the
news that one of their investors was about to pull out his money from Buena
Corp and she said that she would go see him. Eduardo wanted to accompany her
but Claudia asked him to stay so that he could continue his campaign. Claudia’s
secretary asked her if it was okay to leave Eduardo and Claudia said that it
was okay since Amor already left. She wanted to take Liya along but Liya said
that she would stay with her friends who were there as well and get back with
her father.
Yna decided to change her number so that Angelo would no
longer call or text her and David took her to the shop to get a new one.
Angelo got in his car and drove to see Yna. When he arrived
at the orphanage, he saw her with David and went to confront them. Yna told
Angelo that she and David were doing nothing wrong but Angelo accused her of
leaving him to be with David. He refused to listen to Yna’s explanation, got
back into his car and drove off.
Miguel called Angelo and asked him to get back to Casa
Corazon but Angelo was furious. He told Miguel that Yna left him to be with
David and he could not give up on her.
Yna was worried about Angelo after his outburst and she felt
like a horrible person for hurting him. She was however adamant to stay away
from Angelo. Angelo returned to the orphanage as Yna was telling this to David this
when she saw Angelo. She started laughing hard and David wondered what was
wrong with her. He followed Yna’s eyes and saw Angelo and followed Yna’s lead.
He laughed out loud and Yna congratulated him on his “joke”. Angelo saw how
happy Yna was and decided to leave without talking to her.
David told Yna that she should find a new place where Angelo
would not be able to find her. Yna took David’s advice and moved to the
orphanage with her family. They decided to stay there for a few days until
Angelo stopped looking for Yna.
Amor was on the way back to Punte Verde when she noticed
that that some of the medicines had not been taken from her car. They decided
to go back and give the rest of the medicine to the people who needed it. When
they arrived, the organizer asked Amor to stay for a while because the children
wanted to perform something for her. Amor was unable to decline so she ended up
staying.
Claudia met up with the investor and he refused to stay in
business with Buena Corp because they were accruing too many debts and loans
while Eduardo’s standing in the poll was dropping. Claudia told him that
Eduardo would win the election and Buena Corp would bounce back. She told him
not to go back begging once they were on their feet again.
Amor sneaked out of the event ready to leave but Eduardo
followed her and apologized for the scene Claudia had caused earlier. Amor said
she was not bothered and was about to leave when the ground started to shake.
There was a minor earthquake and no one was hurt. It started to rain heavily
immediately after and everyone had to take shelter. Reports said that there was
a typhoon and it caused a landslide blocking a bridge that was the only way out
of the town so no one could leave.
Claudia called to check if Liya and Eduardo were okay after
the earthquake and learnt that Amor was there too. She decided to go back but
when she got to the bridge, she could not proceed because the bridge was
blocked.
Eduardo called Liya because he wanted her to stay with him
but Liya said she was safe at the church with her friends. Eduardo was assured
that the church was safe so he let her stay there. Claudia tried to call Liya
too but her phone ran out of charge and went off.
Amor and Eduardo were hosted by a local and were given some
clothes to change because they were drenched from the rain. Amor saw the
children there playing with Clay and went to join them. We ended as Eduardo
watched her as he remembered the way she used to make pots before…
