We started with Eduardo calling Angelo to wish him a happy
birthday.
Amor joined Eduardo and apologized for eavesdropping on his
conversation. Eduardo remembered that she overheard his previous conversation
when Angelo was at the hospital and he had told him that it was hard to give up
on someone you loved. He told Amor that he meant every word he had said and he
could not help but wonder how things would have turned out if he had found her
when he went to look for her all those
years ago. Amor was surprised to learn that Eduardo had looked for her. They
talked about how things would have turned out and about their daughter but they
were interrupted by their host who told them that their rooms were ready so
that they could go to sleep.
The following morning at breakfast, Eduardo told Amor that
he was not able to tell her what he really wanted to say about his renewed vows
with Claudia. He said that he really did not want to do it but accepted to do
it for the sake of his image and the campaign. They were interrupted again and
told that another landslide had occurred. A family got stranded in the rumble and
they both went to help.
At Casa Corazon, the staff got ready to go wish Angelo a
happy birthday and surprised him in his room. Angelo opened the door, said
thank you to them and then closed it.
Liya was at church with her friends and wanted to call
Angelo to wish him a happy birthday but her phone was out of charge. Both Egoy
and Amboy offered her their phones to call and since she could not decide on
which one to accept, she said that she did not know Angelo’s number off head so
she could not call him.
Claudia went to the Casa to spend time with Angelo but she
ended up telling him about how upset she was that Amor and Eduardo were
together. Angelo only drunk his wine and listened to her whine without saying
anything. Claudia finally told him that he was not helping her and Angelo broke
then. He started to talk about Yna and how she had given up on him so easily so
that she could be with someone else. Angelo passed out and slept on his seat
after drinking and Claudia only laughed as she said that she would never regret
making Yna break up with him.
David called Yna and told her about a program in a culinary
school that she could apply for. She would have to study abroad so Yna was not
really up for the idea but David asked her to think about it because it would
give her a chance to study and stay away from Angelo as well.
Amor and Eduardo went to help the family who were trapped in
the landslide and managed to save them, especially the young girl. The rescue
mission left them emotional and Eduardo cried as he told Amor that he was sorry
because he was not able to save their daughter. He said that it was his fault
that Amor had lost their daughter and her family. Amor cried as well as he told
Eduardo that she wanted to hate him for everything but she could not understand
why she was not able to. Eduardo looked at her for a second then grabbed her
and kissed her. After Amor broke the kiss, he said that he was still in love with
her but Amor told him that he still had a wife and a family and their love
could not be then left.
Yna was thinking about Angelo and how sad he would be on his
birthday because of their break up so she decided to go to Punte Verde to see
him. Belen did not want her to go but Yna said that it would only be for a
while since she only wanted to cheer him up.
Claudia had to leave Casa Corazon after learning about the
second landslide. She went to see how she could help the locals and instructed
her people to let everyone know that the help was from Governor Eduardo.
Bea Bianca went to Casa Corazon to greet Angelo a happy
birthday and he was upset to see her. He asked her why she always went to see
him even when he told her that he was not interested in her and Bea Bianca said
that she could not leave him even if he turned her away. The words seem to
strike a chord with Angel and he agreed to let her stay. Bea Bianca took a seat
beside Angelo and gave orders to Takong to bring her more wine for them to
drink. We ended as she told Angelo that she cared for him and would not leave
him even if he asked her to…
