We started with Angel waiting for Serena to return her
email. She almost turned off her laptop but Serena returned her message.
She
told Angel that she would like to meet her as well. Angel told her that it was
unfortunate that she did not have a passport so that she could go visit Serena
in Italy and Serena told her that a passport was not necessary since she was
already in Manila. She told Angel to go meet her the next day at her hotel.
Angel told her parents about her conversation with Serena
and that she was going to meet her since Serena was in Manila. Alice was a bit
skeptical because she did not want to intrude on Serena’s life but Uge told her
that Serena was the one who had gone to Manila so maybe she was the one who
wanted to see them.
Gian Carlo talked to his father about Serena not being able
to regain her memory but his father told him not to worry since the situation
had favored him and Serena would eventually marry him.
When Serena returned to the hotel, she got a call from Gian
Carlo because he wanted to know how her business trip to San Francisco was
going. Serena took the call cautiously and told Gian Carlo that she was fine.
She also told him that she was about to close the deal with the company she had
gone to see but kept the details vague. Serena then spent the night looking up
Angel and her family online.
Luciana went to see Roberto at the hospital and we were able
to see how Roberto ended up in his coma. After they returned to Italy with
Serena, Roberto was not happy that she was not able to regain her memory so he
wanted to get the people who kidnapped Serena arrested. Luciana tried to
dissuade him from investigating the incident but Roberto was adamant. Luciana
therefore decided to tell Roberto that she was the one behind the kidnapping.
She confessed that she had planned it with Binggoy so that Serena would lose
her trust in Tenten and agree to return to Italy. Roberto started drinking
after Luciana’s confession. He told her that she was the biggest mistake he had
done in his life. He had an attack then, which led to his current coma.
Gian Carlo went to see Luciana and told her that he had
spoken with Serena and she was doing well. Gian Carlo asked Luciana to call
Serena as well to check up on her. Luciana told him that she wanted Serena to
feel that she trusted her so she would not call her.
The following day, Angel called Tenten while she was on her
way to see Serena. She was not able to tell him much because Tenten had his
friends in the car and they were making a lot of noise. They agreed to talk to
each other later.
When Angel arrived to see Serena, Serena introduced herself
formally as Serena Marchesa and offered her hand as a greeting but Angel hugged
her. They sat down to talk and Angel asked Serena what she was doing on Manila.
Serena said that she was there for business but did not want to bore Angel with
business talk. Angel then offered to take Serena to meet the rest of the family
but Serena told her that she only agreed to meet Angel so as not to be rude but
she was not there to add any complications to her life since it was already
complicated. Angel asked Serena whether she viewed her family as a complication
and Serena apologized to her. She opened up to Angel about losing her memory
and her depression after since she did not know who she was and was trying hard
to find out who she was. Angel sympathized with Serena and asked her to let her
be her big sister at least for that day.
Dodoy asked Tenten if he and Binngoy had a problem but
Tenten told him that they were fine. Later, Tenten drove Dodoy and Taps out and
showed them a new piece of land that he had bought for them.
Angel took Serena out to eat and then they sang Angel’s hit
song; the song Serena helped Tenten finish. Serena told Angel that she had
heard the song even in Italy but had a feeling that it was incomplete. Angel
told her that she would introduce her to her composer since he was a nice guy
and would listen to her suggestion.
As they were about to leave the bar, Serena fell ill and
puked. She had stomach pain and Angel took her to the hospital. Angel then
called Alice and Uge and they rushed to the hospital to see her. Serena did not
want to be admitted to the hospital so Alice agreed to sign a waiver so that
Serena could leave with them. She told the doctor that she was a registered
nurse and would take care of Serena.
At Alice’s house, Serena wore Angel’s clothes and after
eating, the family left her to rest. Tenten had not been able to contact Angel
to ask her how things were going so he decided to call her again. The phone
rang in the room that Serena was sleeping in and we ended with Serena answering
Angel’s phone...
