WE started with Belen seeing Yna and Angelo hugging. She
instantly became mad and stormed out of the restaurant and Yna followed her.
Angelo followed Yna and they saw David. Yna realized that he
was the one who told her mother but she did not confront him then; she went
after Belen.
Angelo was the one who confronted David and asked him why he
had done that. David said that he wanted to show Angelo where his place was and
it was not with Yna.
Yna followed Belen back home and the two had a heated
argument. Belen slapped Yna three times because she was mad that Yna had also
hired Angelo. Yna said that she had tried not to love Angelo but she could not
fight against how her heart felt. Belen told Yna that she could not disrespect
Caloy’s memory by accepting Yna’s relationship so she would leave her house and
went upstairs.
Isko watched the fight and when Belen went to attend to him,
he got upset with her for hurting Yna. Belen shoved him and he fell on the
ground. Belen apologized to him and went to help him get up.
Yna was leaving the house when Angelo arrived saying that he
needed to explain to Mum Belen what happened. Yna asked him to leave since he
would only make things worse.
Amor got back to Manila looking happy and Betty Mae took her
to try out a new wardrobe that she had ordered so that Amor would stop wearing
white. She said that it would add more color to her life now that she was
happy. David arrived home looking down and found the two of them chatting.
Yna then arrived and asked to speak to David in private. Yna
was mad at David for telling Belen about Angelo and told him that she was the
last person she thought would do that to her. David got angry too and asked Yna
if she was still in love with Angelo. Yna said a loud YES and David collapsed
right after she said it. Yna was alarmed and called out to Amor for help.
When they rushed him to the hospital, the doctor told them
that David had pancreatic cancer and he had been receiving treatment for a
while. The doctor also said that she had referred David to American doctors
since she knew that he lived there but David refused to go saying that his
loved ones were there.
At Liya’s school, the girls that order Liya around wanted
Egoy to be their friend after they saw him singing and he said that he did not
like them after seeing how badly they treated Liya. The girls therefore decided
to be nice to Liya and invited them into their clique.
Takong talked to Angelo and asked him to keep things
professional at the restaurant because they were having a lot of problems and
it was not good for their business.
Angelo tried to call Yna later but she did not answer his
calls. She complained to Eduardo and asked him whether Yna was toying with him
but Eduardo told him that maybe it was still not the right time for them and
they could love each other from a distance.
Yna stayed with David and said sorry to him for not being
there for him. Amor found her hugging David and asked her to go home while she took
care of David.
When David woke up in the morning, Amor told him that they
would be returning to America to get him treated but David said he would not go
because he would only be far from Yna.
Eduardo finally confronted Liya about her attitude towards
him and told her that all he wanted was to be a good father to her and Angelo.
Yna went to see David at the hospital and he asked her
whether she would leave him. Yna said that she would never leave him but David
asked her not to lie to his face. He told Yna that once he got better, she
would leave him and go back to Angelo. He said that he did not want to use his
illness as an excuse but everything in his life was going badly and he could
not even fight for her because he was weak. He reminded her of the promise she
made to make it up to her and asked her to fulfill it by loving him and being
with him until he was gone.
Amor was devastated after David refused to leave and she
called Eduardo to tell him about David’s illness. She said that she did not
want to lose David because she loved him and Eduardo told her that it was okay
for her to cry and not put on a strong face.
Angelo was upset that Yna had not shown up to work and
Takong said that she was taking care of David. Angelo felt as if he was losing
her and we ended as he brooded on the matter…
