We started with Joy and Ichu singing as they had promised.
There was a cake delivery to be made and Angelo rushed over to deliver it.
When Angelo went outside, he tried to call Yna but she did
not pick up his call. She called David instead to tell him that she was on her
way but would pass by Kus Yna for a while. When she pulled over, Angelo was at
the entrance as if waiting for her. Yna got out of her car and Angelo asked her
if they could talk for a while. Yna agreed and said that she could spare him 15
minutes.
They stayed by the car to talk and Angelo told Yna that he
wished her the best now that she was with David; and hoped that she would be
happy. Yna was thankful to him and Angelo said that he wanted to stay for the
remainder of their 15 minutes and once it was over, they too would be over. They
stayed in harmonious quiet for the remainder of the time.
After that, Angelo went home and prayed that he would
finally be able to move on and allow other people into his life.
David asked Amor to go to the children’s home event by
herself because he would be spending time with Yna. Eduardo was going to be
there too so Amor agreed. It however turned out to be a surprise proposal
planned by Eduardo and David. Eduardo had arranged everything and when he asked
Amor to marry him, she said yes.
Yna went to see David after she was done at Kus Yna and he
had his Christmas present ready her. He made a photo book for Yna that they
both enjoyed going through and when Yna gave David his present as well, he was
delighted that she had made him a photo book as well. Yna told him that it was
because she they thought alike.
After Eduardo proposed, he and Amor went to tell Angelo and
Liya the good news. They were worried about Liya but Eduardo decided that it
was time for her to know the truth. Liya was furious and did not take the news
well as she blamed Amor for ruining her family and causing the death of
Claudia. Eduardo asked Liya to grow up and stop throwing tantrums because he
would still marry Amor even if she did not like it.
Claudia went to visit the woman they had taken to the
hospital; called Irma and she told her about her past. She told Claudia that
she was affected by the Talimpao tragedy and her children died but she had seen
Maria Amor being saved by one of the police men. She was bitter that Amor’s
child had survived and not her own so she never told Amor that her daughter was
alive and now felt guilty about it.
Later that evening, Claudia dreamt about a woman called Amor
and she woke up with a start as she told Simon about it. Simon told her that it
was nothing but a bad dream and the name Amor did not mean anything because she
might have just heard it from somewhere.
Amor thanked Yna for helping her take care of David and being
there for him. The two of them planned on accompanying David to America for his
treatment. Yna was worried about the restaurant and David suggested that they
leave Angelo and Takong in charge of it. David met with them and told them that
they were now incharge of the restaurant when he and Yna were away.
Eduardo and Amor also had to stay apart from each other but
Amor said that she would be visiting to help Eduardo with their
wedding operations. Eduardo told her that it was fine for her to go and in the
meantime, he would try to work on his relationship with Liya.
Eduardo got some of his property back and surprised Liya and
Angelo with the news. He said that their properties in Punte verde had been
returned and if they wanted to move back there, he was fine with it. Liya said
that she would never go back because the place was filled with painful
memories. She talked ill about Eduardo’s plan to marry Amor and Eduardo got impatient
with her. He said that it was time for her to know that Claudia was not the
saint she thought and wanted to tell her the truth but Liya told him not to
soil her mother’s memory because she was not there to defend herself.
Claudia was worried about Irma because she was no longer at
the hospital when she went to see her. She told Simon that she felt as if the
two of them had a connection but she no longer knew where Irma was.
Angelo went out biking with Joy and he stared at her when
she pinned her hair because it reminded him of Yna. Joy noticed him watching
her and guessed correctly that he was thinking about Yna. She told him that she
and Yna were different and no matter how long he looked at her, Yna would not
appear.
David flew to America with Amor and Yna for his treatment.
We ended as Yna took care of him as he puked…
