We started with
Claudia hugging Eduardo but he pulled away from her. Claudia went on to tell
him, Angelo and Liya about the past two years; in which she had been working at
a shelter in a small town.
She added that she also met a man called Simon and
they got married but he left her recently.
Meanwhile, Betty Mae was frustrated with Claudia’s return
and she told Amor that Claudia could be faking her amnesia because she would do
anything to make her and Eduardo break up.
Belen had collapsed after seeing Claudia and when she woke
up, she had another attack as she begged Yna to tell her that it was all a bad
dream. Yna asked her to calm down and it was true that Claudia was still alive.
As Claudia was giving her story, the police arrived to take
her away because her case from before had not yet been closed. Claudia went
away willingly while Liya was left blaming Amor for informing the police about
it. Eduardo told Liya that Amor was not the one who did it because if she had,
he would have known about it already. Liya was not convinced because she believed
Amor was the only one with the motive to do it.
Belen was the one who actually called the police to inform
them of Claudia’s return because she still wanted her to pay for Caloy’s death.
Eduardo was able to bail Claudia out and when she left the
station, she said that the lawyer from the shelter would handle the case
because people knew her better there. She wanted to go back there and Liya said
that she wanted to go with her. Angelo agreed to go with Liya because Eduardo
seemed worried.
Eduardo went with Amor to see his lawyer and inquire about
the status of their marriage. The lawyer told him that his marriage with Amor
was not valid since Claudia’s death certificate would be revoked making his
marriage to her valid. Eduardo said that Claudia might be lying about her
amnesia because he knew her but the lawyer said that all they had to do was to pull up her medical
records from the place she had been staying to prove that she really had
amnesia.She added that if Eduardo continued to be with Amor, Claudia could sue
him for adultery and concubinage.
Amor told Eduardo that he needed to help Claudia regain her
memory because she wanted her to be in the right state of mind when she gave
him up and then the two of them could freely be together.
Claudia took Liya and Angelo to the shelter and proudly
introduced them to the other women who worked there. She said that they found
her and told her all about her past and that her name was not Gretta. The women
in turn gushed about Claudia and what a great person she was because she always
took care of them. They also said that
Claudia had been married to Simon but he left her after she lost their child so
they let Claudia live at the shelter because she had nowhere to go. Liya texted
Eduardo and told him that he had to go there to see how much everyone loved
Claudia.
Eduardo went there but he took Amor with her. Claudia
introduced herself to Amor as Gretta then corrected herself and said she was
Claudia. When Amor introduced herself, Claudia murmured her name and said that
it sounded familiar. Everyone excused them and left them to talk privately.
Claudia excused herself and made some coffee for the three
of them but she was the only one who drunk it. Eduardo told her that he did not
mean to be insensitive but he was working on the paper work to annul their marriage so that he could be
with Amor. Claudia forced a smile and gushed about how in love the two of them
were. She asked Eduardo to leave her and Amor alone so that they could talk.
Amor told Eduardo that it was fine because she too wanted to speak to Claudia.
Claudia said told Amor that she needed to apologize for the
scene at the wedding because she was Eduardo’s wife but was being made to feel
like the hindrance. Amor asked if she had apologized to Eduardo for marrying
Simon but Claudia said that being with Simon was not intentional because she
did not have her memories. She went on to say that the situation was
complicated because they had children and she hoped that she had never shared
Eduardo with Amor even before. Amor told her that they never did share him
because she and Eduardo had loved her before he married her, after he married
her and after her supposed death. She added that Claudia had been the hindrance
and Eduardo had to marry her because of the circumstances and if it was not for
that, the two could have been together, loving each other with their child who
would never have died. She thanked Claudia for the tea that she never drunk and
left.
Eduardo wanted to know what Amor talked to Claudia about but
she was vague and told him that she had to go because she had to attend something
urgent at the office.
Claudia was frustrated after her talk with Amor and she
swore that she would never let her be with Eduardo. She remembered Irma telling
her about Amor’ s daughter being alive. She called Irma and told her that they
had to meet… That was where we ended…
