We started with Odessa trying to flee from the police but
the police caught up with her and arrested her. She was taken to prison where
she even harassed the other cellmates.
Back at the hospital, the doctor told Larry and Evelyn
continued praying for their daughter because she had a hard time breathing and
they had to revive. Evelyn told her to do the best she can so that their
daughter would survive.
Larry went to file charges against Odessa when he learnt
that she got arrested and swore that she would pay for having put her child’s
life in danger.
The doctors treated Evelyn’s daughter who they had named Ana
and after a while, they were allowed to take her home. They moved to a
different house whereby they would be able to start a new after the incident
with Odessa.
Odessa’s case came to a close after she was found guilty but
the judge chose to have her confined in a mental hospital. Larry and Evelyn
were not happy with the verdict but Evelyn said she understood because she was
a doctor and Evelyn was not in a good state of mind.
Three years later, Ana was growing up well and the family is
happy. Evelyn talked to her sister about
taking Ana to school but Evelyn said that she preferred to have Ana
homeschooled.
Unknown to them, Odessa had already been released and had
been stalking Larry’s family for a while. She had even been posing as a gardener
at their house.
Larry and Evelyn took Ana to the mall with them. Larry was
walking with Ana when he saw some friends and went to greet them. He lost concentration
for a while and Ana ran off. Odessa had lured her with a doll and took her
away. She took Ana away and left her in a shack outside her house, swearing
that she would never let her family be happy.
Larry and Evelyn tried to look for Ana after they realized
their daughter was missing and the police
asked if they had any enemies. Evelyn said that there was a woman who harassed
them before but she was locked up years ago. The police said that they would
look into it , adding that there was a rampant issue with child trafficking and
their child might have been a victim.
Unfortunately, Evelyn blamed Larry for their daughter’s disappearance
saying that he was careless and that was why their daughter was missing. Larry
said he would do his best to look for her while Evelyn’s sister asked her not
to blame her husband because he was also having a hard time.
Odessa’s aunt heard a child crying outside and wanted to go
and see what it was but Odessa stopped her. She said that her aunt was only
imagining things because she was getting old and asked her to go to bed.
Larry hired a private investigator to look for Ana because
he felt guilty for losing her. He told
Evelyn that he was sorry for losing their daughter and Evelyn also
apologized for blaming him because she knew he did not want him to lose their
daughter.
The police showed the CCTV footage from the incident to
Larry and Evelyn and it showed Larry greeting his ex-girlfriend. Evelyn’s anger
returned because of it and she blamed Larry again for losing focus because of
his ex. They continued to frantically look for their daughter but they were not
able to find her.
Ana stayed by herself at the shack with a little puppy and Odessa
only went to bring them food. At one time, Odessa’s aunt heard the puppy’s
incessant barks and went over to the shack to see what was wrong. She then saw
Ana lying on the ground and realized that Odessa was hiding a child there.
She went to confront Odessa to ask her why she had a child
locked up. Odessa said that the child had did nothing but her parents had
wronged her. The aunt learnt that Odessa had taken Larry’s child and asked her
to return her but Odessa asked her aunt to stay out of it.
Odessa’s aunt saw Evelyn asking if anyone had seen their
child on Television so she called Larry to tell him that he would bring their daughter
to them. Larry told Evelyn and they asked the police to go with them to the
place they were going to meet.
Just as Odessa’s aunt is about to take Ana away, Odessa
arrived and told her that she would not take the child. Larry and Evelyn waited
for her until morning but no one showed up.We ended as they left the meeting
place because they were told it was dangerous to wait there…
