We started with Clark and Leah going to see Clark going to
see Jigs at the hospital.
Leah went in first and told Jigs that he was still a
part of her life because they had been together for four years but they now had
to move on with their lives. Jigs told her that he had now accepted that she no
longer loved him and he would try to move on even if it might take him much
longer. He then asked Leah where his ‘cousin’ was and Leah went to get Clark. Jigs
told Clark that he was giving up because he had won and Clark told him that
they were family and he wanted them to get along.
After that, Clark and Leah started planning for the wedding
which was set for three months. They had three of Leah’s neighbors from the
tenement volunteered to be their wedding planner. Clark and Leah 30000 for the
wedding but everyone was in awe of how small it was. Leah tried to explain that
the wedding was supposed to be small but Mama Lulu told they would only have a
church wedding once and it would not be a bad thing for them to do something a
little bit more special.
When Clark and Leah were alone, Clark offered to pay for the
wedding because he was the man but Leah told him that it would not be fair
because they were both working and she too wanted to contribute to it.
Simon pitched Leah’s juice campaign to their clients and
they really loved the marketing campaign. Since the clients were happy, Simon
bought some goodies for the entire office to celebrate. He approached Leah and congratulated her on
the success of the juice campaign then gave her another account to handle. He
said that he wanted to prove that the juice campaign was not a fluke and since
the other creative directors all had too many accounts to handle, he asked Leah
to report directly to him.
Leah and her coworkers had to work until late to present an
idea to Simon so she asked Clark not to pick her up because she would work
until late. Clark however refused and said that he would pick her up regardless
of the time since he wanted to make sure that she got home safe.
Adrian went to visit Tiffany at her house carrying
chocolates and flowers for her. The neighbors saw him and quickly alerted
Tolayts. Tolayts went to mess up Adrian’s time with Tiffany by going to see her
too. He brought her flowers and food that his mother made. He feigned being
surprised when he saw Adrian and commented on what a coincidence it was that
they had both gone to see Tiffany at the same time. Mr. Sol was there and he just smiled. He then
left the three of them and Tolayts interrupted Adrian at every turn. Tiffany
was caught between them and she told them that she had a headache to make them
leave. Adrian left first but he asked Tiffany to go out with him so that no one
could interrupt them. After Adrian was gone, Tolayts admitted that he had gone
there to help Tiffany since he knew that she did not like Adrian courting her.
Audrey joined them and said that it was sweet what Tolayts had done. She added
that they looked good together and Tolayts was delighted. Tiffany only sneered
and asked Tolayts to leave.
Leah and her team presented their ideas to Simon that same
evening but he smiled and used the paper to wipe the table. He told them that
it was a good idea but they could do a better job since he was not impressed.
He asked them to go home and rest so that they could recharge.
When Leah went downstairs, she did not find Clark and
immediately thought that he had already left after waiting too long for her.
Clark appeared behind her and hugged her. Leah smiled and told Clark that she
thought that he had already left. Clark
said that he would never tire of waiting for her. As they left the office, they
were all sweet to each other and Simon saw them from his car as he was leaving.
They made him remember his girlfriend who was now deceased.
The following morning, Leah and Clark went to look at some
churches together with Audrey and Harry. Leah went to the Sun and Moon café to
work on the ideas for the new campaign. Clark joined her and ended up talking
about work with Angela as Leah worked.
Later, Mama Lulu showed Clark and Leah some designs from a
famous designer he knew and asked Leah to pick the gown that she wanted. They
went to get their measurements taken the following day but Leah said she had to
go back home immediately to polish up on her ideas because their presentation
had been pushed forward.
The following morning, Simon fired one of the members of his
team after presenting him with a poor idea. The lady walked around the office
shouting that Simon was hard to please since he had rejected an idea that they
had worked very hard for. Simon got out of his office and said that he was hard
to please of people handed him shady work because they had been partying all
week instead of working. He asked the lady to hand in her resignation letter and
told Leah that she would be presenting next. That was where we ended…
