We continue with our Blast from the Past category on the blog, and today we feature Filipino sensation Jericho Rosales.

Jericho Rosales has been in the showbiz industry for over 20 years and he is still a relevant force in the industry. He was a fishmonger when he was younger and got his debut in Filipino showbiz after winning the Mr. Pogi competition in GMA's daily variety show, Eat Bulaga in 1996. Jericho then moves to ABSCBN under Star Magic. He did a few shows for the Kapamilya network until he got his big break when he top billed Pangako Sa Yo (The Promise) as Angelo Buenavista in 2000 to 2002 alongside  Kristine Hermosa. The Teleserye which is dubbed the first ever Filipino Teleserye was a hit in The Philippines and the world over. It was the first ever Serye that was watched outside of the Philippines and is among the most viewed Filipino Teleserye across the world. It was also the first Filipino Serye to ever air in Kenya as well via KBC. Owing to the success of the show, ABSCBN remade the Serye in 2015 starring Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernado.

Jericho Rosales was paired with Kristine Hermosa in numerous other projects and their love team was called Echotin. Among the shows they top billed together were Sana'Y Wala Nang Wakas (Love is timeless) and Dahil May Isang Ikaw (Destined Hearts).They dated for a while but they broke up and Kristine got married to actor Diether  Ocampo. They however annulled her marriage after a few years and Kristine got married to Oyo Boy Sotto. The two are still together and now have four children.

Among other actresses that Jericho dated include Angelika Dela Cruz and Heart Evangelista. He however got married to Filipina Model Kim Jones in 2014.

 Jericho also has a 17 year old son, Santino Rosales with former girlfriend Kai Palomares.

 Jericho Rosales now 37 continues to awe audiences with his talents and we have been able to see him on a number of other Seryes including The Legal Wife and Bridges of Love. Jericho Rosales was last seen in ABSCBN serye Magpahanggan Wakas alongside Arci Munoz and John Estrada.
