Episode 51
We started with Edward arriving at the hospital and Kara
told him that Becca had a fever which was why they took her to the hospital.
After the doctor examined Becca, she told Sara that the
child had a condition called G6PD deficiency and said that she had treated her.
Sara asked the doctor not to discuss Becca’s condition with no one else other
than her and the doctor agreed.
Kara and Laura went in to see how Becca was doing but Sara
became hostile especially toward Kara because their lives had been destroyed
ever since they came back into their lives. Laura got offended by Sara’s words
and asked her why she would say that adding that Sara should be grateful to
Kara because she was the one that found Becca. Sara however still attacked Kara
and almost fought with her because it was Hanna’s fault for telling Becca the
truth. Laura asked them to give her some respect but Sara told them to leave
the room.
Outside, Banjo saw Edward at the hospital and the two had a
fist fight after Banjo told Edward that he could not get close to Sara by
feigning concern for Becca. Seb and other male nurses managed to stop them and
Seb told them that it was not the place to be fighting.
Seb then talked to the doctor because he wanted to know what
was wrong with Becca. The doctor said that Becca would be fine but she could
not discuss her condition with him because that was what Sara had requested of
her.
Laura, Kara and Seb went home later and Seb told the family
that Sara had asked the doctor not to discuss Becca’s condition with anyone.
Edward talked to Sara at the hospital and apologized to her
for having abandoned her and she lost their baby. He told her that he loved her
and offered to be Becca’s father so that the three of them could become a
family.
Julio signed a permission form that Patricia needed to go
out for an outreach with the kids at the foundation and Patricia was happy with
him because he had refused to do it at first. Julio asked her to behave herself
because if he learnt that something went wrong, then he would make sure that
she never went out by herself again.
At the outreach program, Patricia took really good care of
the children and she told Paulo that she wanted to help them out because there
was a time that they too had nothing. Paulo was impressed with her and
apologized to her for having thought that she was only a spoilt brat.
Seb went to the hospital to see how Becca was doing but he
found out that she had already been discharged. He also learnt that Becca
had a G6PD deficiency, the same disease
that Isabella had suffered from as a child. This gave Seb further proof that
Becca might be Isabella.
Seb met up with Chloe and asked her for Becca’s DNA sample
explaining that he suspected that Becca might have been his missing daughter.
Chloe gave him the DNA results but told him not to mention that he got them
from her because she did not want to get into trouble.
Kara went to visit Becca at the club to see how she was
doing but Sara told her not to bother her daughter when she found the two of
them hugging.
Kara went home frustrated with Sara and when she arrived,
Seb told her that he had taken a DNA test in order to compare his DNA with
Becca’s. Kara was not happy that Seb had done it without telling Sara about it
and Seb told her that they could not risk alerting Sara and have her escape
with Becca. Kara still doubted that Becca was Isabella because she refused to
believe that Sara would do something like
that to her. Seb told Kara that if the test result was negative, Sara would
never have to know about it but he could not disregard the fact that Becca
might have been their daughter and they needed to find out.
Kara was in a brooding mood after talking to Seb and when
Laura asked her what was wrong, Kara told her their suspicions about Becca
being Isabella. Laura was surprised by it and asked Kara if she though Sara
could do something like that to her and
Kara said she hoped it was not true but if Becca was indeed Isabella, she would
never forgive Sara for taking her daughter.
Episode 52
At the orphanage retreat, Paulo and Patricia continued to
chat as Patricia told Paulo that she liked to write and mostly penned her
thoughts down because it was better to do it than to talk to people. Paulo told
her that if she ever needed to talk to someone about anything, he would be
there to listen to her.
Edward was drinking his sorrows away at his apartment after
learning about the death of his daughter with Sara. Chloe arrived and Edward
explained to her that he indeed got Sara pregnant but the child had died when
she was in Japan. Chloe immediately refuted this and told Edward that it was
another of Sara’s lies but Edward got mad and told his mother not to talk ill
of Sara because he got hurt whenever she badmouthed Sara. Chloe told Edward
that Sara was a liar and told him that she had even kidnapped Kara’s child
since Seb got Becca’s DNA test results to prove that Becca was his daughter
with Kara.
Seb went to see Sara at her house and asked her to tell him
the truth about how he found Becca. Sara did not want to and kicked Seb out of
her house. As Seb was leaving Sara’s house, he received a call from the doctor
and he was told that the DNA results for Becca were ready.
After Seb left, Sara went to see Banjo and asked him if his
offer to go away with her still stood. Banjo had confessed his love for Sara earlier
and said that he was willing to protect her and go anywhere with her in order
to give her and Becca a better life. Banjo was good with the plan and they
decided on when to leave.
When Cynthia learnt about the plan, she was not happy that
Sara was using Banjo to get away but she did not stop them.
Once all of their luggage was packed, Sara left with Becca and Banjo. Becca was
curious about why they were leaving so abruptly and Sara told her that they
were going on vacation.
When Seb went to get the results, he found out that the
results were positive and when he got home, he should the results to Kara and
the rest of the family; proving to them that Becca was indeed Isabella.
Kara, Seb and Laura to get Becca from Sara at her house but
when they got there, Sara was already gone and there was no one at her house.
Laura went home while Kara and Seb went to the club with the
police and asked Cynthia if she knew where Sara was. They threatened to involve
her in the case they would file against Sara if Cynthia refused to tell them
where Sara was. Cynthia tried to tell them that Sara did not do anything wrong
since she did not want to lose her daughter.
At the bus terminal, the bus was late so Sara and Banjo had to
wait for it to arrive. Sara sat on the waiting section holding Becca thinking
about what she was about to do and ended up changing her mind at the last
minute. When Banjo came to tell her that the bus had arrived, Sara decided that
they would not leave.Alex had learnt about Sara’s escape and paid someone to
place the clothes that Isabella wore when she was kidnapped in Sara’s luggage
without her noticing.
Sara went by herself to Kara’s house and Laura gave her a hug
saying that she had trusted Sara to do the right thing. They waited for Kara
and Seb to get back and when they did, Kara could not stop herself from attacking
Sara who tried to explain that she did not know that Becca was Isabella because
someone had placed the child at her door. Seb tried contained Kara and within
the commotion, one of Sara’s bags fell and the clothes spilled out. Seb picked
them up and saw that one of the things were Isabella’s clothes. She showed it
to Kara who got even madder because the clothes proved that Sara was the one
who had taken Isabella.
The police arrived to arrest Sara but Sara tried to talk to
Kara. She asked Kara to let her explain what happened since she was innocent but
Kara said that Sara would explain herself at the police station. Laura was hurt
to see Sara being arrested but she told her that she believed in her innocence
and we ended as the police took Sara away…
