We started with Miss Marchesa and Mr. Ibarra having dinner. After
ordering food and wine, Tenten asked Serena if she had already set up her
dinner with River.
Serena told him that they still had not talked about it but
River was really excited about the date when she went to see him to tell him
about it. Tenten was like; “mmmm you went to see him? Why couldn’t you just
call him on the phone?” Serena told him that she was in the area so she decided
to see him instead. Tenten’s reply was; “And you just happened to know where he
was…” Serena told him that she knew because she texted him and Tenten mumbled;
“You texted him…” Serena laughed and asked Tenten why he kept asking questions and Tenten told her that he
just wanted her to be careful. Serena
asked Tenten if he did not trust his friend and he only wanted to make sure
that the two of them were getting along adding that River was not his friend.
He told Serena that it was not necessary to go out with River again after the
first date but Serena told him that she would see. Serena commented that it was good of them to
converse without fighting and hoped that their truce continued. After dinner,
Tenten offered to take Serena home but she refused. She thanked him for dinner
and left.
Roberto had dinner with Dodoy, Taps, Alice and Uge and he
told them that Tenten was having dinner with Serena since he was setting her up
with another guy. Alice and Uge said that maybe it was better for Serena to
start seeing someone else since Tenten is not as nice as he used to be which
offended Taps and Dodoy.
River told his grandparents that he wanted to sell the rest
house to Simon but they got upset and threatened to take it away from him.
River convinced them by telling them that he did not want to live in that rest house
but instead wanted to build another place that was special for him and his
family. He was very sincere so his grandparents agreed to let him sell it but first they wanted to
meet the girl he had been talking about. River called Serena and set up the
dinner date with her.
On the day of the date, Tenten asked his secretary to do a
background check on River. She came back with a report that River was a really
nice and romantic guy. Tenten called Serena and asked her if he had already met
with River and she told him that she had not but he was picking her up. Tenten
asked her why she let him pick her up (she had refused to let him to it when
they were together) and Serena told him that it was because her father wanted
to meet River. She asked why he was calling and Tenten nervously replied that
he only wanted to make sure that the date pushed through because they had a
business deal to close. Serena told him that she would update him on the
progress then hang up.
A few minutes later, Tenten called again and asked Serena if
River had arrived. River was yet to arrive so Serena got annoyed. Tenten asked
what she was wearing and Serena told him that she was wearing a short skirt and
a backless top along with red lipstick. Tenten told her that it was too
revealing and Serena told him that she wanted to make a good first impression,
and then hang up on him. Tenten was still bothered so he called his secretary
and asked her to make a reservation at River’s favorite restaurant and get him
a date.
River arrived to pick up Serena and charmed Roberto and
Luciana by speaking to them in Italian. Roberto asked River to have Serena back
by midnight.
Tenten went to the restaurant with his date and asked the
waitress if River Cruise had already arrived. She told him that he had a
reservation but he cancelled it. Tenten’s date happened to be River’s ex and
she told Tenten that River was a flirt and all he wanted was to go all the way
with girls. Tenten excused himself and went to call Serena. Serena was having
dinner with River and his grandparents and she ended up turning off her phone
because Tenten could not stop calling. Tenten went home but could not sleep
because he kept imagining Serena and River in all manner of situations.
River’s grandparent told Serena embarassing stories about
River’s childhood and they had a good laugh. They also played a game after
dinner and then River took Serena home. Although she had a good time, she was
sad after River left because she could only think about how happy she and
Tenten were once. She decided that she would help him regain the joy that he
once had.
In the morning, Tenten had to wear glassed to hide his eyes
since he did not have enough sleep. He had an appointment with River and Serena
to transfer the properties after their respective deals had gone through.
Tenten saw Serena and River walk into the building together
and asked River why he was early because his appointment was later. River told
him that he wanted to see Serena. River ushered Serena to the elevator used by
others but Tenten insisted that they go with him in his private elevator. When they got in, Serena and River rehashed the
game they played the previous night and laughed together as Tenten watched them
in disgust. He shouted at them to walk out when the elevator stopped since they
did not have all day.
River went in first and transferred the property to Tenten.
He tried to make small talk by thanking Tenten for setting up the date but
Tenten told him that they were there to talk business and not about how he
spent his time with Serena since it was none of his business. After signing the deal, he said that their
lawyers would follow up and there was no need for them to meet again. River agreed
but before he left, he asked Tenten if his grandparents could have a final
party at the rest house. Tenten said that it was fine.
As Serena waited for River to be done, Hannah saw her and
approached her. She told Serena that she was not as beautiful as others say she
was then left when Taps called her. When River left the office, he told Serena
that he would wait for her so that he could take her to lunch but Serena told
him she could not because she had other things to do after. Tenten saw them
from his office and called his secretary to tell her that he had other meetings
so Miss Marchesa had to go to his office. The secretary had to interrupt Serena
and told her that SID (Simon Ibarra Dubor) was waiting for her. Serena left as River said that he would text her later.
Tenten wanted to ask her what happened between her and River
but he only signed over Villa Marchesa to Serena and that was it. Serena left
after thanking Tenten for giving back the villa to her. We ended as Tenten
sadly watched Serena leave…
