ON THE WINGS OF LOVE Episode 69

We started with Clark showing a new furniture piece he made to Aunt Jack. She was impressed with it and was gushing about how unique it was when a new client walked in.
She saw the piece and immediately wanted to buy it. She also said that she was a magazine editor and wanted to feature the designer in her magazine. Angela and Diana decided to invest in Clark’s business and they opened a furniture shop for him.
Mr. Sol went to visit Clark at his workshop and asked him to go to their house to make a cabinet since their family was getting bigger; Tiffany was pregnant with Tolayts’ baby. Clark told Mr. Sol that he was busy so he would send Axle instead to get the measurements. Mr. Sol told Clark that it was clear he was avoiding them and Clark said that he thought it would be for the best.
Leah was harassed by one of their clients at the company but Simon arrived in time to save her and beat the man up. Since the man was a huge client of the company, he demanded that Simon get fired but the company decided to transfer both Simon and Leah to their San Francisco branch.
Once they were settled in San Francisco, Leah continued to do well in her job and Simon invited her to dinner one evening after they landed a huge account. During dinner, Simon told Leah that he thought it was time for him to offer his love to Leah again since it was already two years since she broke up with Clark. Leah told him that it was still not possible because she was still married to Clark. Simon told Leah that he still hoped that Leah would accept him so that he could help her forger about Clark.
Leah met with her friend from the eatery and she asked her why she refused to date her boss. Leah gave the same excuse of being married to Clark but her friend told her that maybe it was because she was still in love with Clark.
Clark’s business was doing well as Diana helped him sell his furniture overseas. Diana was in the states handling the business and she managed to get Clark a slot at the Francisco expo. Clark went ahead to settle matters while Aunt Jack followed him a few days later.
Tolayts went home for his child’s birth and as Leah was talking to Tiffany, she told her that she admired how well Tiffany was able to deal with a long distance relationship.
Leah and Clark were strolling in San Francisco, when they bumped into each other. Leah told Clark that she was based in San Francisco now while Clark told her that he was there for a business trip. They had a brief hug as they parted but Clark called Leah back and was about to ask her to go for a cup of coffee when Simon joined them. Clark asked how things were going for them and Simon told him that they were doing well. He asked if Clark was looking for a job and Clark told him that he was there to showcase his furniture pieces. Simon congratulated Clark and told him they could have invited him for a drink but they were busy. Clark said he had somewhere to be as well. Simon ushered Leah along and they were on their way.
Clark was gloomy after seeing Leah with Simon and he even told Cullen that she seemed to have moved on with her boss. Cullen was surptrised to hear that Clark and Leah had been separated for two years but he was happy about Clark’s success.
Clark and Aunt Jack had a meeting with Diana and Angela and as they were waiting for them, Clark told Jack that he had seen Leah. Just after he said this, Leah and Simon walked into the same restaurant and took a different table. Aunt Jack called Leah and she rushed to say hi. Clark did not bother getting up to greet them so Aunt Jack asked them to join them. Simon said that they had something private to discuss and declined Aunt Jack’s offer.
Diana and Angela arrived which gave Leah the impression that Clark was with Angela. Clark and Leah barely concentrated on their respective meetings and  spent their time watching each other. When Clark went to the bathroom, Angela asked Jack why Leah and Clark still refused to patch things up when they were at the same place and this gave Aunt Jack an idea.
Leah told Tiffany about Clark being with Angela but Tiffany told her to find out the truth first before jumping into any conclusions.
Aunt Jack told Clark that they would do better if they advertised his furniture so he gave her the go ahead to look for an advertising company.
Simon was also looking to get more Filipino businesses to market in the US and he was delighted when he got this one offer. He gave the account to Leah who was good at showcasing Filipino hospitality. Leah got her materials ready and was all set to meet the clients. On the day of the meeting, it was Clark, Angela and Aunt Jack who walked in and it took everyone by surprise. That was where we ended…
